I just received a call from Orly Taitz, my attorney in the case seeking proof of Obama's eligibility for the Office of President of the United States. Judge Carter has released a statement declaring that the dates he set for the hearing and trial on the eligibility issue are confirmed, and it will move forward as scheduled. Apparently he was not swayed by the Obama lawyer's arguments.
You bet.
1. Someone charges Obama with fraud, as he would then have bilked many Americans (and others) for $750 million in campaign donations on false pretenses.
2. Biden will be named as an unindicted co-conspirator, because he was Obama's running mate in scamming for campaign donations on false pretenses.
What would happen to a President Biden if he's indicted for campaign fraud?

An executive order cannot "restore" legislation. Any law he signed, any executive order, any presidential appointment (including the cabinet secretaries), any military order as commander-in-chief, would all be completely and utterly invalid. They would all have to be redone from scratch. New laws would have to be re-passed and re-signed by the new or acting president. All appointments would have to be remade and re-voted on by the senate, etc., etc., etc.
Yes, However, as the theory goes if Biden was complicit in knowing that Obama was not qualified to become president, the stink and slime would be too great for him to succeed to the presidency.
