The drop in support of independents is a career changer for der leader.”

Yup.
He is losing the independents alright, and that is gotta be bad news for any national politician.
As for his hard core, "go down with der fuhrer in the bunker" loony left, there are too few left wing crazies to sustain anyone. His black base will stick with him to the end, but my own feeling is that the Latino’s are not going to be too keen on this guy after his own amnesty bill fails to pass next year(and fail it will).
Democratic congressmen/Senators will be so far behind in the polls by next year, especially them 50 House Democrats that won in Republican congressional districts, that very few of them are going to risk voting for a budget busting/American just grabbing amnesty bill for illegals.
Heck even Senator Chris Dodd, who should have an iron clad safe seat, in a strongly Democratic CT, is in deep trouble at the polls right now, and far behind his Republican rivals.

Pretty soon you’ll have to start that graphic with -12.

Great analysis.

By Election Day 2012, looks like you should have him at right around -146.

Hopefully the Sunday shows have low ratings and the obama snakeoil tour will fail. I’ve had my TV locked on Fox News all morning to give them ratings.

“No, it’s BAD NEWS. It’s up 5 points from a month ago. We’ve had ACORN for prostitutes, Van Johnson, and ObamaCare since it was at -14 in August. What’s the deal?”

The old media’s cover up and minimization of these stories, the old media’s campaign on Joe Wilson and protesters as all being racists but all that will wear off before long.

“Most of Barack’s supporters like him because he is bad and that is not going to change.”

There is a solution to this problrm: That which is bad must be sterilized.

“Overall, 49% of voters say they at least somewhat approve of the President’s performance. Fifty (50%) now disapprove.”

I just have one question ... Who are these 49%?

“Healthcare is the only issue that people have a problem with Obama.”

Don’t forget cap and tax.

People also don’t like Cap and Trade and the excessive bailouts.

Not low or fast enough for me. This pos should be in the sewer by now.

Numbers would likely be lower if not for the constant support by the fawning state-run media.

I don’t think ACORN fallout has really touched him yet. In the weeks ahead I think it will. There are too many people digging now. The other day I read the Pagala or Podesta was on the ACORN advisory board. Both those useful idiots are also Onada advisors. All or most of The Dear Leader’s Czars will be tied to ACORN one way or another. Holder, Onada’s see, speak and hear no ACORN evil AG, cannot protect that outfit forever. I think he’s gonna be tied to ACORN at some point—which would create serious conflict of interest issues for him.

And Onada’s lashing out at anyone who disagrees him will only solidify the coalescing opposition to his commie policies.

Also, I think Onada now owns our poor excuse of an economy. Bernacke’s unsupported statements about the recession being “technically” over as well as other unsupported statements about unemployment and manufacturing have been overshadowed by health insurance. But those bad boys are about to bite Onada, too. October-November will not be good months for The Deaer Leader.

The man has not been on offense since about the first month into his occupation of the WH. The past two months have been devastating to him—particularly culminating in the 1.7 million person DC Tea Party. Onada is gonna stay pinned on defense for the foreseeable future—IMHO.

Obama needs to be perceived as a failure on other issues inorder for his overall approval ratings to go down.

Well the 0 is going to oblige you on that. Obama's next push is amnesty

What do you mean PRECEIVED?
He IS a total failure.
Foreign Policy!
Financial!
Health CARE!
You name it...he is a massive failure.
People tend to compartmentaize.
That is why the media is having a hard time gauging the 9-12 protests. ALL issues were covered...so they went to their fallback position. Race Card.

Today’s multiple appearances will draw a declined number of viewers and, after a smaller bump than last time, his tracking poll number will decline again. Narcissus is lealning further and further over the pool, entranced by his own reflection and seeing little else.
