Our Walter Reed salute to the troops last night was very well attended. Upwards of 800 people were there over the three-plus hours of the demonstration.

I'm pretty sure you meant to say "should have gone." Nevertheless, I disagree that he needed to attend. Frankly, I don't think he would have been safe in such a setting. He is diligently peeling back the layers of a very stinky onion, and his safety and that of his family is in jeopardy as a result. Never forget what thugs we have in the current administration, in ACORN, in SEIU and others who have a vested interest in seeing this country turned upside down. They are NOT happy with Mr. Beck.

I do agree that it was probably better on C-Span. I opted to watch Glenn Beck because I had a house guest who wanted to. I hope to catch an opportunity to view a C-Span re-airing or a series of YouTube videos showing the real speeches and events of the day.

We were able to watch C-span at 1:10 am here on the West Coast early this morning (’last night’) for their 2 hour plus coverage of the speeches and some of the crowd of the ‘Taxpayer March on Washington’.

That was a rating killer schedule time, as they undoubtably knew.

You can tell who is reading whose talking points easily.

If they say ‘thousands’ attended, they are far left and Obama kool-aid drinkers.

If they say ‘tens of thousands’ attended, they are lefties who are in the bag for Obama but want to pretend they’re still journalists.

If they say ‘hundreds of thousands’ attended, they are aware of the facts and are afraid the internet will do to them what it did to Dan Rather. They would like to support Obama but aren’t willing to take a bullet for him.

We’re on our way home now. It was great. I have lots and lots of pictures. We just passed 3 nuns in car with Illinois plates and a “Don’t tread on me bumper sticker”.
