Our Walter Reed salute to the troops last night was very well attended. Upwards of 800 people were there over the three-plus hours of the demonstration.

I don't know if this is being reported yet, but there are many, many boats that traveled up the Potomac (south to north) towards DC. Imho, much more than normal, especially considering the weather. It was like a little armada. Will try to post pictures.

Anyone watching this see any Confederate flags in the crowd? UPI is reporting the crowd waving “American and Confederate flags”.

Have yet to see any Confederate flags in any of the pictures.

You just read my mind. The fact that so many patriots decided to leave their safe havens and finally take a stand speaks volumes of the anger out there. Hopefully the GOP in congress will take note and grow the same backbone.

Watching on C-Span and Fox and CNN and MSNBC. One of the channels showed and over head shot. The crowd is unbelievable. It looked like a solid mass of humanity from the Capital back.

There are so many people. I wish they’d get that car sales off though.

I've been trying to get the live streaming on C-SPAN to load and it just won't, dang it.
