She has 2 good news items that she is very busy with right now:
1. Judge Carter is ‘giving her expedited discovery - immediately’.
2. Judge Land will allow her to present before the court in GA. She is leaving now to fly to GA to appear before Judge Land at the Federal Building in Columbus, GA at 2:00 pm tomorrow (Friday, 9/11/09).
She would like as many military supporters to be there as possible. I called Carl Swensson (RiseUpForAmerica.com), and he will see what he can do. If you have any contacts there, please advise them.

“African” was not one of the valid choices used to describe a baby’s race. Babies of this category were usually called something else.... ie. Negro.
Obviously, no one questioned them because they were an open book. They were born in the US to US citizens making them natural born citizens. If a question had come up about their origins, they would have been subjected to scrutiny like Obama. In fact, I hear Ronald Reagan's birth certificate is on display at his library in Simi Valley, CA. I've seen your tired statement above posted here too many times.

1. There is nothing on Obama's COLB about the race of a baby. Perhaps you are referring to the race of the father.
2. I'm guessing that in 1961 you did not live in Hawaii and had nothing to do with Hawaiian birth certificates, so you don't really know what the valid choices were.
3. If part of the procedure for generating birth certificates involved asking the parents (perhaps on a form to be filled out), about their race, this would explain the "African". Perhaps one of the choices on this form was "Other, fill-in-the-blank".

Depending what it on it, it may or may not be sufficient. If it shows that Barack Hussein Obama, born in wherever-it-was Kenya, is his legal father, then it would also need to be legally documented that BHO Sr was not a US citizen. Entry and exit records would need to be found.
If the long form shows he was born in Hawaii, but also shows that the filing was a late one, or was as an unattended home birth, then the Kenya BC becomes more important. It would need to be refuted, because those sorts of filings are markers of possible fraud, since they are pretty unilateral, with no doctors signature, no hospitl registrars signature, etc.
Notice she does not say *what* vital records, or wether they are "original" documents, or amended documents.
Considering that she, or anyone, is not, under the law, supposed to reveal the contents of any such "vital records", why did she make that statement?
So what did the Judge do? He did cancel a Sept. 14th hearing. What was that hearing about, and why was it canceled?
