So what did the Judge do? He did cancel a Sept. 14th hearing. What was that hearing about, and why was it canceled?
There is no September 14th hearing that I'm aware of. That is the deadline laid out in the judge's order for Tatitz and Kreep to submit their response in writing to the defense's motion to dismiss. Once they've done that then the defense has until the 28th to submit their response to the plaintiff's response. Then the motion hearing occurs on the 5th.
