1. Judge Carter is ‘giving her expedited discovery - immediately’.
2. Judge Land will allow her to present before the court in GA. She is leaving now to fly to GA to appear before Judge Land at the Federal Building in Columbus, GA at 2:00 pm tomorrow (Friday, 9/11/09).
She would like as many military supporters to be there as possible. I called Carl Swensson (RiseUpForAmerica.com), and he will see what he can do. If you have any contacts there, please advise them.

Wrong. If there were challenges to McCain’s eligibilty in the courts ( if he had been elected ) then the Congressional Record could be entered as evidence. The CR has been entered as evidence in cases where they were arguing over Constitutional matters in the past.
That has yet to be decided. If Judge Carter grants discovery, as it appears he will, it will be just plain wrong.
If there was nothing to discover, Obama wouldn't have sealed all his records nor would he have an internet war room with paid and volunteer trolls.

It does show that not everything on an official "birth record" is necessarily true, and not subject to challenge, if the issue is important enough to bother doing so. This one is.
That document is no longer issued, but it was when Obama had to have been born, until the early '70s IIRC.
Can a congressional record be entered into evidence in a civil or criminal tribunal? You betcha. Which is exactly why so many people who testify in front Congressional sub-committees during a scandal demand, limited, full or use immunity. But, NON-binding resolutions carry NO weight in a courtroom - none whatsoever. They literally aren't worth the paper they're printed on, legally speaking - of course.

In my experience, not that rare. Attorney’s Donofrio and Berg are examples. Donofrio being one of the most prominant Dualer, and Berg being one of the most prominant Birther. Neither of them are both so far as I can tell (by their public statements). Both attorneys have large numbers of folks who agree with them on their positions. There are, of course others as well (ex. Attorney Apuzzo being another prominant dualer).
I did see the change in the law back in June and it was maddening!

Obama DOES have a document that is prima facie evidence of birth - recognized in EVERY courtroom in America. That just a fact.
