She has 2 good news items that she is very busy with right now:
1. Judge Carter is ‘giving her expedited discovery - immediately’.
2. Judge Land will allow her to present before the court in GA. She is leaving now to fly to GA to appear before Judge Land at the Federal Building in Columbus, GA at 2:00 pm tomorrow (Friday, 9/11/09).
She would like as many military supporters to be there as possible. I called Carl Swensson (RiseUpForAmerica.com), and he will see what he can do. If you have any contacts there, please advise them.

True, but they are quite rare compared to the number of scholarships available to US citizens and permanent residents. It is much harder to get financial aid of any sort if you are not a US citizen.
Furthermore, I have yet to see anyone produce evidence that there even was such a scholarship geared toward Indeonesian students at Occidental.
I don’t see how it is necessary to raise all this ruckus in avoiding to present your birth certificate when it is required for a constitutional postion you hold. Obama just needs to fork it over and then all you smart people can laugh at the “birthers.”
No, what makes conservatives look bad is the shrill insistence of birthers that failure to produce such a document constitutes evidence that he is ineligibile to be president.

Actually the communists have a history terrorism. They will go off the deep end and revisit Ayers’ days if their Dear Leader is removed from office for fraud. Fraud does not matter to them; they are promoting prosetution at ACORN and they support criminals for a reason. The constitution really makes them angry because they think the US should outgrow it. They will arrange race riots, race crimes and bombings like they did in the 60’s.
Three responses:
1) He isn't raising any ruckus. That would be the birthers.
2) Please show me where in the constitution it is required to show a long-form birth certificate, and to whom precisely it must be shown
3)Even if mailed a certified hard copy of his long-form birth certificate to every single person in the US, it still wouldn't stop the ruckus. The birthers believe his father's lack of US citizenship make him ineligible even if he were born in the USA. Which makes me wonder why they expend so much energy on the birth certificate question...

How do you know that if he produced his long form birth certificate it would not please the people asking him to do it? As it is, he looks like a slime bucket hiding something. Obama’s appearance of cover-up is making the questions grow. He causing trouble in the military and as the CIC, that should matter to him. As The One, however, I guess it does not matter. Not everyone is in the cult, you see.

But let's for sake of argument stipulate that the birthers are right. Unfortuantely, they also think a long-form birth certificate isn't even sufficient to establish his eligibility. They argue that he's ineligible even if born in the USA since his father wasn't a citizen.
So if the birthers are wrong, the long-form is unnecessary to establish eligibility. If they are right, the long-form is insufficient.
Why on earth should he produce a document that is either unnecessary (if the birthers are wrong) or insufficient (if the birthers are right)?
That in and of itself is evidence that he’s either a fruitcake or has something serious to hide. If there’s nothing to hide, there is no sane logical reason to dodge.
How about this: by failing to produce the document, he's encourages his opponents to chase a conspiracy theory, which in turn causes them waste their time on nonsense instead of on substantive issues.

There’s a very good reason for reasonable documentation on this clown.
The documentation he has already provided, along with corroborating statements from Hawaii state officials, is sufficient to prove his eligibility to be president.
Ergo requests for further documentation aren't reasonable.
Those are the "dualers" (as in dual citizen at birth), not neccessarily a "birther" (though could be both). Count me as a dualer primarily, and a birther secondarily. Thanks.
