She has 2 good news items that she is very busy with right now:
1. Judge Carter is ‘giving her expedited discovery - immediately’.
2. Judge Land will allow her to present before the court in GA. She is leaving now to fly to GA to appear before Judge Land at the Federal Building in Columbus, GA at 2:00 pm tomorrow (Friday, 9/11/09).
She would like as many military supporters to be there as possible. I called Carl Swensson (RiseUpForAmerica.com), and he will see what he can do. If you have any contacts there, please advise them.

Why hasn't Obama not presented his Hawaiian COLB in a court of law?
To my knowledge, no court has ordered Obama to provide his Hawaiian COLB. Why would any competent attorney provide such documentation on behalf of his client, without a court order compelling him to? He wouldn't.

McCain showed his birth certificate, in private, to a Washington Post Reporter and no one else. He did not make an image of it available to the public.
Obama showed a physical copy of his certification of live birth to Factcheck.com. He didn't show a vault copy of the birth certificate, but the Hawaiian certification of live birth is just as good when it comes to proving your place of birth before any court of law or any Federal Agency. He allowed them to photograph it and post the photos on the internet.
I don't see how anyone can possibly argue that Obama was any less transparent than McCain in proving his place of birth. If anything, he was more so.
How do you know that if he produced his long form birth certificate it would not please the people asking him to do it?
Because the very same people say he would be ineligible even if born in Hawaii since his father wasn't a US citizen.
In my experience, just about every dualer is a birther, and just about every birther is a dualer. There are exceptions, but they are rare.

Statements from Hawaii are not going to fly. I'd like to see those Hawaiian state officials deposed in court. Obama should submit all his birth documents, the original hard copies that support what is written in the "vital records" that are held in their computer database to be presented in court. Everything.
Okay. I guess you don't find logic and facts convincing.
First, both the "Certificate of Live Birth" and the "Certification of Live Birth" are "legal" documents. Second, The Department of Hawaiian Home Lands has required for years that applicants provide their a certified copy of their original long-form birth certificate - aka a "Certificate of Live Birth".
Why, you ask? Because this particular state agency is charged with protecting the privileges and rights that are uniquely available to indigenous Hawaiian people, and those rights couldn't be verified unless the applicant could prove the indigenous bona fides of the BIRTH parents, which is information that would not be available on the "Certification of Live Birth".
What they call for with respect to documentation, or the language they use now, or have been using for years to describe that documentation, has absolutely NOTHING to do with the musings of posters on political chat boards, including Free Republic.
I see. So among the hundreds of people working in the Hawaii Department of Public health, there's not a single one who is willing to blow the whistle on this conspiracy. They're all in on it!

You realize that was a non-binding resolution, right? It had no value or admissibility in a court of law. They did that precisely because they didn't want to wade into this morass - as no Congress or Court has wanted to in the 230+ years that there's been some ambiguity about it.

So Obama could easily make this go away to where he was born by presenting his birth certificate or COLB in court, but he chooses not to. That's acting Unpresidential and not normal.
