She has 2 good news items that she is very busy with right now:

1. Judge Carter is ‘giving her expedited discovery - immediately’.

2. Judge Land will allow her to present before the court in GA. She is leaving now to fly to GA to appear before Judge Land at the Federal Building in Columbus, GA at 2:00 pm tomorrow (Friday, 9/11/09).

She would like as many military supporters to be there as possible. I called Carl Swensson (RiseUpForAmerica.com), and he will see what he can do. If you have any contacts there, please advise them.

Maybe Obama’s lawyers sent a letter to Judge Carter waving their right for MTD because the evidence is so damming that they told the judge to proceed.

Perhaps Carter verified the authenticity of the Kenyan BC? And, perhaps Carter is (rightfully, IMHO) fearing that the longer he waits the more chance something will happen to him, the lawyers, the plaintiffs, and witnesses in the case.

I have no “channels” or anything to verify the veracity of the original statement on this thread, I’m just offering my opinion as to why this sudden “reversal” of sorts.

We could very well turn on the TV and hear the the top military brass and generals in their effort to up hold and protect the Constitution of the United States and see the military with tanks surrounding the White House and send in a team of Marines to escort him to a military prison.

Or ? perhaps, Obama's lawyers saw the evidence and waved their right to MTD and told the judge to proceed because the evidence is damming and they have a weak case.
