She has 2 good news items that she is very busy with right now:
1. Judge Carter is ‘giving her expedited discovery - immediately’.
2. Judge Land will allow her to present before the court in GA. She is leaving now to fly to GA to appear before Judge Land at the Federal Building in Columbus, GA at 2:00 pm tomorrow (Friday, 9/11/09).
She would like as many military supporters to be there as possible. I called Carl Swensson (RiseUpForAmerica.com), and he will see what he can do. If you have any contacts there, please advise them.

oh, my goodness ... I wasn’t taking any exception to your posting and am sorry if you read it that way.
My frustation is with how some event will happen and get misinterpreted, totally blown out of proportion, then everyone gets excited, only to find out it was ultimately nothing. It’s happened several times now, and isn’t fair to those who are following these cases to be set up time after time. I don’t know if it’s because English isn’t Dr. Taitz’s first language, or if she’s not familiar with the exact language of the courts, or if she tells friends/supporters something that they don’t understand and they translate from legalese to English without its retaining its original meaning ... whatever it is, it really has to stop.
It’s like the game “telephone” we played as kids where one child is told something, and whispers it to the next and then to the next, till it’s gone full circle so that the final statement bears no resemblance to the initial statement. Except this isn’t a kid’s game. It’s very serious. It’s a David v. Goliath, and David has to be exceedingly careful with his limited ammunition. This kind of misinformation/disinformation/misinterpretation just adds fuel to the fire of those who are trying to marginalize ‘birthers’ as nuts.

Every single time you turn around here, there is “plausible deniability”. Ask someone a direct question and the is ALWAYS somebody else that the questionee can point to and say “See that guy? It was his job, not mine...”
Rusty Humphries (who is on the same network as Savage) has been vocal in support of the Birthers, and has called out those (like Beck, Levin, Hannity) who refuse to cover the Birther story.
Probably the two talk radio hosts who have been most supportive of the Birther issue are Humphries and Bill Cunningham, IMO
