1. Judge Carter is ‘giving her expedited discovery - immediately’.

2. Judge Land will allow her to present before the court in GA. She is leaving now to fly to GA to appear before Judge Land at the Federal Building in Columbus, GA at 2:00 pm tomorrow (Friday, 9/11/09).

She would like as many military supporters to be there as possible. I called Carl Swensson (RiseUpForAmerica.com), and he will see what he can do. If you have any contacts there, please advise them.

I think what might be going on is that the second document’s image is slightly more blown up and also cropped a bit at the edges; that might explain the difference. I think the union bug got trimmed a bit on the right margin.

That document you linked to is a fake that was submitted in a lawsuit by a McCain opponent challanging his eligibility. The lawsuit was dismissed.

McCain never made his BC publicly available.

If you look at the list of exhibits accepted into documents file for the Leahy hearings prior to issuing the non-binding resolution, you will see that not only was McCain’s BC long form copy submitted, but an affidavit from his Mother was also enetered and she testified also.

I call BS. I went and looked at the Congressional record, and found no such exhibits. In point of fact, there's no record of any exhibits being submitted.

As I understand, original Hawaiian birth certificates are labeled "Certificate of Live Birth". "Certification of Live Birth" and "Certificate of Live Birth" are both abbreviated "COLB".

That said, the reason I used COLB in #1027 instead of "birth certificate" is just because I was responding to someone else who did that and I was a little careless.

As far as the father's race on the "Certification" displayed by Obama, since the Hawaiian DOH authorities have not complained, I tend to assume that the vault copy BC says the same thing or something very similar for father's race. The only other option is that these authorities are completely corrupt.

I'm curious, how do you know there is a vault copy of a long form? No one in Hawaiian vital records or the Health Dept has stated that. And the exhibits Barry Soetoro has displayed ont he Internet display a June 2007 supposed date of issue. Of course, since only Barry's hacks have held these exhibits, and the Hawaiiian officials have NEVER authenticated any of Barry's exhibits, just how is it that you can assert there is a long form in HI vital records?

BTW, were you aware that there were four different ways to obtain a CoLB in 1961? Were you aware that HI just this summer changed their naming designations for certificates and certifications?
