She has 2 good news items that she is very busy with right now:
1. Judge Carter is ‘giving her expedited discovery - immediately’.
2. Judge Land will allow her to present before the court in GA. She is leaving now to fly to GA to appear before Judge Land at the Federal Building in Columbus, GA at 2:00 pm tomorrow (Friday, 9/11/09).
She would like as many military supporters to be there as possible. I called Carl Swensson (RiseUpForAmerica.com), and he will see what he can do. If you have any contacts there, please advise them.

Why does everyone think she has gotten “far” with this? She is still no further along than any other case has ever gotten. They all get dismissed for lack of standing.
There is a very good chance that this one gets dismissed for lack of standing on Oct. 5.
(For the record, I think Judge Carter has been condescending as heckfire with her - despite everyone’s belief that he is a Marine who will save us all).

And yes, I am aware that the Senate passed a resolution declaring him to be a natural born citizen. However, there is nothing in the public record that I could find indicating a birth certificate was ever submitted into evidence.
And it's true that there are many whites born and raised in Africa. Black African nationalists, however, of whom Obama Sr. was one, don't usually consider such whites to be true Africans.
Cyropaedia is mistaken. While it is true the Senate passed a resolution declaring McCain a NBC, McCain never showed his birth certificate to any Senate committee, nor did he ever enter it into evidence anywhere.
In point of fact, no president has ever done more than Obama to demonstrate his eligibility.
The Tyler case is certainly not similar to BHO, but the crucial fact is that the issues were never put before the federal courts. Congress dealt with it. There was no court case. In this BHO NBC case, if someone has written an essay arguing how exactly the Supreme Court is going to remove BHO, I would love to read it.
There also was never a Tilden vs. Hayes court case. Congress handled it. If there was a “citizen recall effort” against Tyler or Hayes, it certainly never made it into the federal judicial system.
If the libs pass an amendment creating “direct election of presidents” and it includes a “citizen recall clause”, can you imagine some future court with a Chief Justice Ginsburg hearing a case attempting to remove a Republican president?
I have been trying to establish the date when the fightthesmears.org site posted Obama’s admission that his father was a Kenyan and he had dual citizenship at birth.
