Also, you are wrong about Obama being accepted by Congress, so therefore that is “game, set, match”. If Obama was proven to be ineligible and to have knowingly/fraudulantly held himself out as eligible, then he will have violated the law and would be removed. All of his edicts would immediately be thrown into question because he NEVER apparently had to authority to give the edicts.

So will you be one of those soldiers that willingly open fires on fellow American citizens just because BO told you too? You really need to open your eyes and stop following orders blindly and think for yourself. Blind ignorance is what gets people killed in combat and at home.

Regarding the COLB *not the birth certificate* you posted. His father's race is shown as African and his mother's is Caucasian. I didn't realize Hawaii was using nationality for race back in the 60s. What country is "Caucasian"?

I’m sorry that your exit opus got pulled. I just finished reading several months worth of your previous posts. You seemed to be a good contributor to FR in most cases. Actually you were holding your own until you posted the COLB. Nearly anyone whose parent/parents are residents of Hawaii but they themselves were not born there can obtain a Hawaiian COLB. Work with 2 individuals who have Hawaiian COLB’s, one was born in Japan, the other in the Philippines. Parents (U.S. citizens) were missionaries out of Hawaii. A Hawaiian COLB is not solid proof of place of birth.

Uhm, read the complaint. The UCMJ code that the plaintiff seeks to have declared unconstitutional says that — which is why she’s seeking to have it declared unconstitutional.
