The Rasmussen Reports daily Presidential Tracking Poll for Sunday shows that 27% of the nation's voters Strongly Approve of the way that Barack Obama is performing his role as President. Forty-one percent (41%) Strongly Disapprove giving Obama a Presidential Approval Index rating of -14. These figures mark the lowest Approval Index rating yet recorded for this President. The previous low of -12 was reached on July 30 (see trends).
Prior to today, the number who Strongly Approved of the Presidents performance had never fallen below 29%. Some of the decline has come from within the Presidents own party. Just 49% of Democrats offer such a positive assessment of the President at this time.
At the other end of the spectrum, todays total for Strongly Disapprove matches the highest level yet recorded. The 41% mark was reached just once before and that came one week ago today. Seventy percent (70%) of Republicans now Strongly Disapprove along with 49% of those not affiliated with either major party.

The nuclear option for congress, is that because they are the majority, they control the rules of the vote, how it happens and when it happens. They control the number thats considered a super majority.
They can set it up that this will pass, and basically nothing can be done by the opposition to stop it.
That’s BUSH’s fault!!!
I LOVE IT I LOVE IT I LOVE IT!!!!!!!
Its real simple, President Wee Wee. When people lose their jobs; they have no money. It affects all people; but you know that dont you?
But, But, Housing starts and sales are doing better!! So is the DJIA.
If his ratings fall to zip, then Congress-critters who want to survive November 2010 will have an incentive to NOT pass his initiatives.
That’s true. However, the same thing could have been said about Bush’s numbers.
This proves that Obama’s plan is working. See, change is tough, and all you big babies...uh, I mean, voters, OF COURSE are going to react this way. Hey, did I mention I was black? Look at the cute puppy!
True, true.......just sick of seeing his sorry a** on tv every day.
He’s tall and can’t even step over that?
Oh Puleeeze, anyone can spin this.
"True leadership means not always listening to the polls and sometimes doing what is best for the country often gets you poor poll numbers"
And that's the way you do it, money for nothing and your chicks for free.
Its real simple, President Wee Wee. When people lose their jobs; they have no money.
+++++++++++++
Doesn’t affect *him* though, as he continues happily spending other people’s (very scarce) money. We’re all happily seeing him run into reality like a brick wall.
That is exactly right.
Looks like Obama’s all “wee-weed” up.

Interesting questions, but even if they got him removed, who would replace him? I’m reading that a lot of the ‘Rat leadership is polling VERY low, and I anticipate the numbers falling even more. Excuse my chuckle, but for Soros, this just could be, as they say, a “fine kettle of fish, Ollie.”
Here's how I think that'd play out.
Step 1: 34% of the people want a Constitutional Convention to bring about a new document
66% are against it.
Step 2: The anti's split evenly, with half in favor of secession and half against it and set on working within the system, doing everything short of secession.
Step 3: Behold the best case scenario,
34% want to throw out our present Constitution
33% want to secede
33% want to play nice and "compromise"
...and the UN and most of the world celebrates, dancing in the streets, torching copies of the Constitution.
Do his numbers drop lower during the week? My guess is tonight Drudge leads with -14.
Oh can give another press confernece in prime time. Those always seem to work (not).
My guess is the news media will start blaming racism. David Paterson in NY is doing that now and it seems to be driving his poll numbers down even faster.
Monday - fax, call, hand write letters to your vermin Congressperson and Senator scum. Townhalls too. Keep the pressure ON!
