My college age kids are reporting a lot of buyers remorse amongst their peers.
Almost a year ago I had a decent political conversation with a sweet black gal at a hospital in town. I told her that I wanted to see the first black president be a great president and Obama was not going to be it. In fact it could set things back in a big way for the next black presidential candidate although I would hope not. I hope my words ring in her ears and are repeated by her as well in the future.
But it suits 0Bama perfectly!!
If I remember right, Zogby was on Hannity’s radio show the other week saying he thought Obama’s poll numbers would go UP.
I agree with others that Zogby is a momentum player...he catches the direction but tends to overstate it. Others will catch up. This has been a terrible day for Obama. He’s going to regret the “bearing false witness” statement. Additionally, all sorts of bad economic news came out today. Soon, people are going to be asking why he’s wasted all this time and energy on an extremist health care plan when the economy is falling apart. The trend is our friend.
Whatever the democrat media reports Obama's popularity numbers, subtract about 10 points from the falsified information they are putting out.
Obama is getting real religious the last few days; I wonder if he thinks all this dislike is God testing him as the Messiah....
Seriously, I think Obama is demonstrating the first stages of cracking up.

This is when he starts to really become dangerous. Someone or something dear to us is going to have to become the boogeyman to distract from the Emperor’s falling popularity. Bread and circuses everyone!
He'll just say that Bush created such a terrible mess that no one could fix it - that he's trying, but it will take a very long time. Then he'll start all sorts of investigations into Bush Administration practices. And he'll start crying that the American people are spoiled and childish and expect instant gratification and are unwilling to make sacrifices. Then he'll start quoting the Bible - maybe some Old Testament prophet - to show how sinful we have become, under the demonic Bush. (He may even borrow some stuff from Jeremiah Wright.)

Obama has a core of support of around 32%. From what I have read lately that might change because the far left does not appear to be very happy with the Bamster either. It might be quite possible for him to slip to the say 32% level.

Let them try. If they think that will improve ratings then they are really stupid. Poll numbers for Congress, the president and all dems will go to zero.
