Not mentioned but I am going to guess the family were not WASP. I'm reminded of the original Death Wish movie, as a construction foreman whose men apprehended a mugger is interviewed by a television newscrew. As the reporter lists the serious injuries the mugger has suffered, the foreman mentions the poor guy must have fallen down.

As Guzman waited in his car, police say five or six of the girl's family members walked up and began attacking him and his vehicle.

Given the corruption and ineffectiveness of our commie-infiltrated legal system, this is a good approach to resolving society’s problems. Guaranteed to work better than whatever ‘disincentives’ are currently built into the system.

What the family members did was wrong. I hope the prosecutor takes a good long look at the file before he accidentally misplaces it.

Yep - remember that. Great movie.

Sly Stallone is supposedly going to re-make Death Wish. If it’s anywhere as good as the last Rambo, it should make for good entertainment.

Now THAT is how the police force used to work, and we truly were better off for it. Keep the laws simple, and enforce them with enthusiasm.

Of course now that we are fettered by innumerable laws, we would be beaten for non-compliance with seat belt or recycling laws, if police were allowed this much leeway.

Ahh, good old fashioned justice. Pretty light sentence though. They must be liberals...

All of us understand that liberals - the trial attorney part of the party - has twisted the law so their job of "defending" these monsters is easier.

So in the short run, attorney's have an easier time winning a case - and in the long run the people are losing faith in their legal system to protect them. And it's happening with me too.

Pedophiles are now a protected dem victim group. And we hear about their "civil rights". The press picks up the sh-t put out by dems. And that's a new part of it. Have you heard the press worried about the civil rights of citizens who didn't agree with health care? Nope - turn them in to "flag" at the White House enemies list...

But pedophiles? The press is concerned about their rights? Yest they are.

So was it lawful to beat this guy up? NO. And I'm I happy it happened? Kind of. And that makes me sad.

I am happy to learn that the perv got a beat down, but I am still concerned about the 14-year-ole girl. It sounds as if she was a willing participant who set up the meeting. What is her family doing to address her promiscuous behavior?

A caller on Rush once defined Liberty as the Absence of Threat and the ability to Pursue Justice.

I am not trying to pin this on the Bamster, but tell me, where did we see this type of vigilante justice or such frustration under GWB?

The question begs, has the American Physique changed that much via this regime that is so corrupt and the branches of Gov't so dysnfunctional when it comes to our Liberty that they seem more broken than a prepped Clash for Clunker?
