Glenn Beck fans are fighting back against a campaign led by a black activist organization prompting major advertisers to withdraw from Beck's top-rated Fox News Channel program.
....
Now a husband and wife team of Beck fans has launched a website DefendGlenn.com that lists the contact information for advertisers for Beck's and other Fox News programs and provides users with information and suggestions to contact those companies to urge their continued sponsorship. The site also asks users to contact Beck's current patrons to thank them for their loyalty to the Fox News star's program.
"Our goal is to hit advertisers hard with response from Beck fans with real purchasing power, unlike the instigators of this phony Astroturf boycott," the founder of DefendGlenn told WND.
"At some point they will realize they've been punked by a bunch of paid activists, college students and slacker bloggers in their parents' basements who don't purchase their products anyway," said the founder, who asked that his name be withheld.
>Clearly the days of turn the other cheek jive is over. I’m glad it went out the same door as it’s disciple. Good riddance to both..
Jesus said to “turn the other cheek,” not “Take it in the ass.” Also, what of the condemnation Esau recived for selling his [birth-]right? What about the admonition to do justly? (Micha 2:8) To, as said in Isaiah 58:6, “loose the chains of injustice and untie the cords of the yoke, to set the oppressed free and brake every yoke” AND “to share your food with the hungry.” And were the Hebrews in Esther content to just lay down and let their enemies kill them because “that’s the law”? NO! They got another law passed that allowed them to gather together for self- and mutual-defense.
My point is this: we have inalienable, God-given rights, because we are made in His own image; there are things worth fighting for, and against.

I am seriously considering canceling Geico too.
I don’t have policies to cancel. Thanks for canceling yours!
We need to treat all the businesses who go in with Obama the same way.
Remember when we gun owners halted the Clinton strong arm deals with the gun manufacturers. We isolated smith and weson, boycotted them and warned off all the others who were thinking about buckling under Clinton’s threats. Our family learned about the boycott through the NRA and cooperated. Man, did that ever work! Their choice: Stand up to Clinton or be sure to go out of business.
This will work, too.
Sent to ALL advertisers who bailed:
Recently you have pulled your advertising from the Glenn Beck Show on Fox News Network.
Since you have seen fit to condemn his exercise of free speech in reporting the truth in favor of a radical leftist organization which does not want the truth revealed, I will no longer be buying your products.
The organizations that have urged your boycott of Glenn Beck have lied to you and instead of fact checking, you pandered to the lowest common denominator in our society.
It is a sorry day in America when radicals who are at war with everything this country has ever stood for can strip a man of his reputation, and perhaps his livelihood, for simply stating the truth.
Sincerely,
Me too!
If you can see through all the hoopla fog, please note that Beck has told lies also.
Hmmm...please expand... That is a very antagonistic statement to make...
Documentation, please!
Virtually everything Beck and Gulifoyle said during the recent cars.gov segment was a lie.
This normally leads to a loss of credibility. Since he lied during that segment, what other lies might he be telling?
See reply 50.
BTTT
Looks like the Marxists have discovered how easily manipulated many black Americans are.
Wow... You must be watching a different show that I do. You are either wrong or right and watching a different show than I am...
Either way, Beck is almost always right so either you’re a bit of a lefty (with hopeful thoughts) or mistaken...
You’re choice... I really have not seen anything on Beck’s show that is anywhere but either true or probably true... Please quote his errors...
If you cancel gieco, stay away from Progressive(ultralib) and 21st Century, the old AIG, now owned by Farmers(imbeciles).
bump to the top
Bump!
ping for review
We don’t have any policies to cancel. Can’t stand the Progressive Ins ad..we are not insured with the Geko either. The P&G products are another thing..will have to cull those out. You suppose these companies will send our names to the fishyline at wh.gov?
