Don't I wish. I went into a Wal*Mart SuperCenter this past Wednesday and much to my amazement, I saw six 100-round boxes of .45 target ammo on the shelf. No hollow points, though. I bought two of them. But still: no 9mm, no .223/5.56mm, no .270 rifle. I'm glad I stocked up last year.
lol.. yeah, if the home is 1/4 mile away and you shoot through it to get the guy before he enters the building.

Find the “barrel wrench”
They have tons of AR15 gunsmith tools.
At least ole Barrett proved something innovative can still be made in America and exported around the world.

Well, don't just stand there.
Wally World here has had mostly empty shelves for months. The odd box of .357 Sig, .17 rimfire, .22 short. Anything I want, no. The do seem to be able to keep stock on .223 though.
Perfect for home defense.
Man! That is sweet.... .50 can’t be beat!
Hey, I’m also a poet....Huhu!
“Same in PA. Full auto with Class III lic. but expensive to get and renew .”
In NV, there’s the one time ATF $200 tax stamp, FBI check and ATF Form 4 with the local Sheriff. No other renewal fee or license of any sort.
How far away did the door land?
My husband has a gut! Does THAT count?
:)
I prefer that “target ammo” to Hydro-shock HPs for defense. The .45 Fed HPs use a supper light bullet to get velocity so the slug will mushroom but they are not as accurate at longer ranges and if they raise the jam possibility they ain’t worth it.
A FMJ regular slug slaps hard and smashes bone. My combat load is a 200 grain Lyman mold SWC from Montana Bullet Works pushed by 5.7 grains of Dupont SR7625. They punch the target really well out at 100 yards and the unjacketed lead slaps harder initially.
I can also get .223, but it tends to be that cheap Russian steel-case crap that tends to overheat the bolt and barrel of my AR-15.

Yeah, lost it when the thief tried to cut into the safe with a torch and pierced the acetylene cylinder next to the barrett. Thief, safe and barrett have all gone missing.....
Did you see the story of John Browning’s first rifle yesterday?
My husband has one and we've had a lot of fun with it.
Three, actually.
You mean the roof? LOL
