That’s “Confed” not Cornfed....

Dang! I thought you said Cornbread and I've already cooked up a mess of blackeyed peas.

I would do it myself, but am a bit of a novice on maintenance. Yeah, your 12-year-old would do a number on my ego.

WOW! This guy is on FIRE!

As for owning a gun?

I had a bunch of ‘em at one time but I lost them all in a poker game to some out-of-town cat named “Three-fingered Frank.”

I thought I had the hand sewn up with 4 Kings. I mean who wouldn’t think that, right? He goes all in. I RAISE him my “collection.” He calls me with the title to his bling’ed out Caddie Escalade and a slightly used satellite phone. I flop the 4 kings and reach for the title to my new ride, and my new phone to call Mrs. McMonkey to relay the good news, but then Frankie lays down a 9 high-Heart straight flush.

My gun safe echoes now. :(

I thought I did, but I just looked in my closet and I can’t seem to find them behind all that ammunition.

So YOU'RE the one who's buying out all the stores around here!!!

I’ll tell you what, I really admire women that are comfortable with guns—and I RESPECT them too, gotta!

Especially the bigger calibers!

Maybe. But you should see us when we find a rattlesnake in the outhouse.

Our favorite Hammer Monkey just up the road from me told me in confidence that there isn't anything that the average person CAN'T do as far as building AR-15s is concerned. He did tell me that there was a particularly helpful tool for removing and installing barrels which was sold by Brownell's. :-)

Nothing going on is about race!

What?

Odinga is ALL about race!

He is the most racist POS I ever saw. You better wake up and smell the coffee.

All of my firearms except for the soft air guns were lost also. I hope they were not stolen.

Oh my ammunition is missing too. Too bad. It was only ten rounds, the rest were shot at the range.

Fascinating quote from the article:

"Who knew we needed another almost 300 laws on the books?" said Jim Brandt, president of the Public Affairs Research Council, an independent governmental watchdog agency. "Most are minor tweakings (of existing law). Nothing jumps out as a life-changer for the general public. It is the minutiae of government."

"It is the minutiae of government," that strips of our liberty.

There will be many Manning’s in our struggle.

It will be long and costly. Many of our dearest will be lost.
