NBC, CNN and MSNBC All Assign Communist LaRouche's Obama-Hitler Poster to Conservatives, Limbaugh

The media have repeatedly stated how "angry," "hostile" and "ugly" town hall meetings across America are becoming. They are of course largely ascribing the nastiness to conservatives voicing their opposition to (among other things) President Barack Obama and Congress' proposed government takeover of the health care system.

The press has been particularly offended by the "extreme" use of references to Adolf Hitler specifically and Nazis generally. One image they have repeatedly used as an example of this alleged right-wing extremism is a poster of President Obama - on whose face a Hitler mustache has been Photo Shopped - bearing the caption "I've Changed."

But there's a problem with this media narrative.

Agreed, but what I don’t understand is why Larouche is so irritated by Obeyme’s socialized medicine (I went to Larouche website and listened to his video). Obeyme’s plan would seem to fit with Larouche’s values..

THE larger issue is that American voters should feel insulted that Obama thinks they are so gullible as to believe that there is a health care free lunch. Also his administration will know what is better for you than your doctor.

In an interview with New York Times columnist David Leonhardt, Obama named an operation that maybe his administration would not cover: the hip replacement given to his grandmother after she was diagnosed with cancer.

Her doctor believed that the 86-year-old Madelyn Dunham only had three to nine months to live, but that without the operation, her quality of life would be terrible. Dunham had the hip replacement and then died within weeks.

(In strict seclusion just a couple of days before the November 4^th, 2008 election!)

Obama said: "Whether, sort of in the aggregate, society making those decisions to give my grandmother, or everybody else's aging grandparents or parents, a hip replacement when they're terminally ill is a sustainable model is a very difficult question. So that's where I think you just get into some very difficult moral issues. But that's also a huge driver of cost."

Obama suggested a conversation that is guided by doctors, scientists, ethicists.

Be it noted Dunham's doctor thought the surgery was in her best interest, and Dunham apparently agreed. That seems like conversation enough for me.

Obama also said that under his reform, government will stay out of health care decisions.

But then how can Washington cut health care costs as promised? Obama care isn't an easy-to-fill prescription for the half the price of the blue pill. The real product under the safety cap is snake oil.

Exactly. They're trying to frame it as an outburst by an unreasonable, angry mob. Fact is, the vast majority of citizens in the US are downright angry at our government and it's not just about Health Care. The federal government is overstepping its constitutionally-granted authority and people are standing up against it.

Now that tells a different story about the poster's image in post #45. It appears that he is a typical liberal, trying to churn up some reaction in the press. And the press, not wanting to verify their sources (if it makes the right look bad) ate it up like candy.

Thank God for the internet. At least we can show the lies and hyprocacy.

I see that now - I couldn't tell from the picture. And, based on my observation of his campaign and our government's activities since the election, I don't think that the description is all that far off!
