Wow, this is worth reading. A suit to halt forced flu vaccine and make it illegal to deny rights to anyone who rejects the vaccine.

1. The Court ordered that the government shall be forbidden from forcing any person to be required to take any influenza vaccination against that person’s free will and free choice.

2. Vawter charged that the federal government has engaged in gross negligence ....The CDC has stated that thimerosal mercury is being used in the new flu vaccines being prepared.

3. the government shall not deny any constitutional rights to any person who has not received a flu vaccine, nor allow any doctor, company, or other party to deny any of these people services such as medical care, attending school, or similar services or freedoms, nor can the government allow any doctors, companies, or other parties, to deny any of these people their constitutional rights.

I’ve let my HS senior know that the school may be vaccinating students this fall and to let them know HE has rights and only if his doctor recommends it will he get that shot. (Course, he doesn’t need much reason to refuse a shot...)

My whole family got the swine flu vaccination in the early 70's. We were not forced to get it, but the hype about the swine flu made us concerned enough at that time to get a vaccination.

It's not just thimerosol. It also contains squalene which causes your body to attack parts of your nervous system. Dr. Mercola had a good article on it last week. There is also a problem with cytokene storms. There are supposed to be multiple vaccines. The first one suppresses your immune system. The 2nd one infects you with one or multiple things. The 3rd then boosts your immune system which is overwhelmed with infection from the 2nd shot while immunity was low. Your system then overreacts and causes a cytokene storm and attacks itself. Also there is a lot of research that indicates that more people that are vaccinated get it than those not vaccinated. Eat good and take supplements to enhance your immune system instead of poisoning it.
