NEW YORK – The Kenyan birth document released by California attorney Orly Taitz is probably not authentic, according to WND's investigative operatives in Africa, though officials in Nairobi do not rule out the possibility President Obama may indeed have been born in their country.
WND obtained several samples of Kenyan birth certificates in use around Aug. 4, 1961, the date of Obama's birth, showing differences from the Taitz document.
She filed a motion in the U.S. District Court for the Central District of California requesting the purported evidence of Obama's birth – both the alleged birth certificate and foreign records not yet obtained – be preserved from destruction. She also asked for permission to legally request documents from Kenya and is seeking a subpoena for a deposition from Secretary of State Hillary Clinton.
"I filed the motion with the court asking for expedited discovery, which would allow me to start subpoenas and depositions even before Obama and the government responds," Taitz told WND then. "I am asking the judge to give me the power to subpoena the documents from the Kenyan embassy and to require a deposition from Hillary Clinton so they will be forced to authenticate [the birth certificate]."

This whole thing is providing plenty of fodder for him and the media spin machine. This is a total waste of time. Let Taitz pursue this if she wishes but it is far better to focus time and efforts on stopping the march to socialism we are being forced to undertake.

I hate to use military terms, but it’s kind of how I feel. One segment of us is pursuing this for whatever reason it resonates with us.
Others are at the Town Halls because it resonates with them. I’d imagine either group or any other groups out there are sympathetic and encouraging on their ‘fight’. But to make a point to try to discourage someone seems odd.
Kinda sounds like a p*ssing match between Corsi and Taitz. And what’s this about requiring a deposition from HILLARY CLINTON??

Exactly! People overanalyze and give Kenyan officials in 1963-64 far too much credit for being able to parse technicalities like formal status as a Republic or whatever. Especially in a case like this where “Republic” is a matter of intense local pride.
If nothing else, it has brought the matter more into the main stream consciousness! Thats a good thing for trying to get Barry to pony up the Docs!

Is the authenticated birthdate “Twentieth May, 1961”? Anyway book and page numbers don’t seem to align very well with each other. Also the parents’ nationalities seem presumed in the Taitz document (?). I’m not sure what discrepancies the Corsi article is referring to, the physical format differences or things such as this but either way, it does not look good for the Taitz document. Given that Farah is saying something else is imminent, perhaps WND is deliberately hedging their bets in anticipation of being able to make an unfettered big splash with a “real” bombshell in the next couple of days.
Nothing justifies calling any anything by some non descript alphabet soup, still want to know what you were refering to as NAU?
