Birthers Proven Right: Obama's Kenyan Birth Certificate Found

For about a year now there has been a great deal of debate about whether or not President Barack Obama is truly a natural born American citizen. According to the Constitution, Article 2, Sec. 1, “No person except a natural born citizen…shall be eligible to the office of president.” The Obama campaign and administration have always claimed that he was born in Honolulu, Hawaii. A Certificate of Live Birth was presented by the Obama campaign showing that Obama is an American citizen[1]; however, Hawaiian law didn’t require Obama to actually have been born in Hawaii in order to obtain this registration.[2] This, among other things, has created a public outcry – from a group now referred to as “birthers” – for Obama to show his long form birth certificate, which would disclose information such as which hospital he was born in, who delivered him, etc. that would solidify the fact that he actually was born in America. The Obama campaign and administration have failed to present this document to anyone. Instead, they have been suppressing the issue using two tactics: hiring lawyers to defend him against the legal dilemma – such as lawyer Perkins Coie, who was paid $688,316[3] – and creating the ignorant propaganda, repeated by many liberals, that anyone who questions Obama’s eligibility is weird, crazy or racist. The liberal mainstream media has propagated the latter tactic through news broadcasts, such as Nightly News with Brian Williams, which incorrectly assert that Obama has proven his eligibility.[4]

If its true, its big, really big. But, it goes to show that thousands of people now have the ability to rip this think into the stratosphere.

We just need one scan of a 1964 B.C. to go up on the web that we can trace, and all of this hair pulling can end.

Now we have someone claiming to have just the one we need. Perhaps posting in the very thread at the Examiner so Jason can read it and get us in touch is the way.

Shield, your place in history awaits!

Jedidah said: "The truth came out slowly [about Watergate], over many months, and those digging into the scandal were soundly ridiculed."

Also, during Watergate the conspirators set traps for those attempting to uncover the truth. As depicted in the movie, "All the President's Men", one of the conspirators was asked by Woodward or Bernstein whether a certain report was true. The conspirator answered, "I would have no problem with that", falsely indicating that an assertion was true which was, in fact, false. This got Woodward and Bernstein into trouble and could have caused their investigation to be abandoned.

Perhaps we are seeing the same thing here. The Kenyan BC appears to be a forgery. Who benefits from having a forgery which is debunked in several days? It is of no lasting benefit to the "birthers". But any premature claims about its meaning undermines the credibility of those who are seeking the truth.

So, who has the motivation to undermine the credibility of the "birthers"? Obama and his followers.

Whoever forged the Kenyan BC did so with the expectation that it would be accepted as valid. I think there may be a crime committed here. But since the media didn't seem to care who forged Dan Rather's memos, they probably won't be interested in this.

Try googling M.M. Shah Primary School http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_schools_in_Kenya#Mombasa

It doesn’t give me much hope that the comments were authentic if Jason can’t correctly spell the name of the school that he claims to teach at.

If and until that document is proved in a court of law to be forged, altered or fraudulent, it stands as proof of Citizenship at Birth.

As I recall, it has been proved, though not in a court of law, to be forged, altered, or fraudulent.

However Obama’s mother being born in Kansas and if Obama himself was born in Honolulu, his father’s status is irrelevant.

Actually, it's not. Under the law in 1961, citizenship could only pass from an American citizen mother with a foreign father to a child born abroad if the mother had been resident in the US for a period of five years after the age of 14. Since she was under the age of 19, IF she gave birth outside of the US, her citizenship would not have passed to her child.

And Hawaii, at the time, had a provision to give a birth certificate for an unattended birth based upon attestation of witnesses and proof of the mother's residence in Hawaii. This is why the birth certificate is so central.

Or until our party self-destructs? Would you really like to see a 75/25 senate?

How does demanding proof of the constitutional qualifications of the chief executive destroy the GOP any quicker than McCain would?

Do you seriously think that people are going to vote Democrat just because Obama refuses to disclose his birth certificate and the media mocks anyone who asks him to? If they're that stupid, they're going to vote Democrat anyway.

I think if billary could have proved this during the election they would have done it, but nothing would please me more than for her to do it now. I just seem to remember reading right here on FR that nObama sent a henchman to Kenya already and I presumed, he got everything removed. I hope I am wrong and she comes back with the goods and spills them all over Capitol Hill.

Not so. Obama's status depends totally on that of his father who was, in fact, required by law to add his new baby boy to his visa. Obama's mother's status was guided by laws in effect then. The magic age to make her relevant was 19. She wasn't yet 19.

There was a time (1961 is part of that time) when a woman's domicile was determined by that of her husband.

A baby born to a nonresident female minor who was wife of a nonresident foreign student here under a student visa was, in 1961, clearly a foreign subject or citizen.

The applicable laws were changed later and not made retroactive so the standards of 1961 still apply.

Read Wu v. The USSC clearly specifies that people such as Obama were not citizens.

Stanley acquired a new permanent domicile with her husband upon marriage (in 1961 laws). That domicile was in Kenya. Presence in any particular country does little to change one's domicile.

I think all we need to do here is see if Obama's baby daddy added the mommy, as well as Obama himself to his student visa.

So, anyone got a copy?

I think it would destroy the GOP equally as fast - both are the result of a lack of ideas and solutions by our party. Let’s solve some problems - put this economy back on track, reform social security and medicare so they don’t just transfer wealth from young to old, rein in spending so we’re not running multi-trillion dollar deficits, anything but wasting time with this non-issue, which can never be disproven.

Grow up.

It is obvious you are not rational on the subject.

Conservatives CAN and DO disagree on this subject (see Coulter, Ann).

Irrationally attacking someone for pointing out that 47O44 is a fraud just makes you look juvenile.

I would not be surprised if it was eventually found that Hillary had access to this KBC for some time now and was indeed in fear for her life under Obama that she was compelled to think of using a secondary source(Orly) to release it and then be the savior (and ultimately POTUS) by being conveniently in Africa and confirming it as authentic.

It follows with her profile if one had the history of how she rose to power, let someone else get dirty and she comes out smelling like a rose even though she owns the cesspool.

She could not just announce she had it to Congress or the BSM, that would be like holding a grenade after you let the spoon go.

This is just a speculation on my part but does appear to be something I am hanging on too, Hillary is indeed frustrated by being “too close” to the enemy and unable to operate as she deems.
