It was kind of funny to see Hutchinson's campaign raising these issues:
Whats bizarre is why Rick Perry, after raising taxes, growing the size of government and attempting a half-million acre private property land grab, would think that hes entitled to a third term, Sadosky said.

You might be thinking of Bob Smith, formerly a US Senator from NH who had tried to run in Florida. He tried running for president, left the GOP, rejoined the GOP and moved to FL. Putz.
Kay seems to be out of her mind. Perry at least SEEMS to be talking the talk (from what I can tell 2,000+ miles away).
Looks like choosing the least RINO-ish of the two, which looks to be Perry.

Hutchison announced Wednesday that she would leave her Senate seat this fall to concentrate on her challenge to Perry in the Republican primary for governor, which will be held in March. She criticized Perry for seeking a third full term, saying 15 years which Perry would serve if he won the term and completed it was too long for one person to be governor. And she suggested that she might stay in Senate if Perry decided to leave the race, which the governor has given no indication of doing.

Pot, kettle. Sen. has already served more years in her office than Perry would in his—were he to win re-election.

Why does KBH think she needs to stay in politics? If she's tired of being in DC she should go home and spend time with the kid(s) she adopted. We don't need KBH.
I will never vote for KBH again for anything.

I really can’t understand what/why she’s doing this. Does she have dirt on Perry? Does she consider herself a watchdog?

Katheryn Harris was NOT nutty as you acuse.
She was a good conservative; and therefore, the Republicans were afraid of her like they are afraid of Palin. Hence, they gave her little support.

Too bad KBH isn’t as easy on the eyes as Harris was...

What’s really bizarre is that we can’t get a conservative to run.

Rick Perry said Thursday that Kay Bailey's Hutchison's statements that he should leave the governor's race were "bizarre." Kay Bailey Hutchison, the I'm going to kill the border fence queen, and the Texas witch, makes a BIZARRE statement, it would be strange if it was the fist time, the woman's elevator does not go to the top floors.

KBH will never get my vote for governor. She is not up to the job of running Texas. The last few years she has started to remind me of Texas’s version of Susan Collins or Kathleen Blanco...lol. She is weak and ineffective. Don’t believe me...just watch her on CSPAN anytime she is up on the floor or in committee. She doesn’t have the fight needed to protect this great state from the encroaching marxist interests emanating from DC.
Perry will get my vote and the votes of my family.

She came to our county for a meet and greet once. It was when there was so much outrage at Hillary’s health care and other things. When I spoke to her I said something complimentary to her compared to Hillary and she looked at me with a blank stare. It was odd and I have never had a good feeling about her since. I took it that she didn’t like me talking negatively about a sister or the first lady or something. Maybe she just didn’t like being there. I know the state party convention delegates have tried to come down on her for her abortion support so she may have lumped me in with that group (which is fine with me). Maybe she is just elite and aloof and in her own world.
I hope she does not run for governor because I don’t think it will do any good for conservative principles in Texas and certainly not the Republican party.

KBH has been sipping too much kool aid. She's getting a Hussein complex trying to dictate her will on others. I told her office when she let open the doors for the law suits over the border that she'd never see another vote from this house and this latest proves I made the right decision.

Do you even know who or what you are talking about? Harris was the one who stood up to the Gore-nazis in 2000 and made sure Flordia election laws were carried out; otherwise, you probably would have had President Gore.
