The entire birther argument, that Obama was actually born in Kenya instead of the US, making him ineligible for holding the office of the President of the US, is a spurious argument. It plays into Obama and the liberals hands - they want this to continue since it makes regular conservatives and opponents into fringe wackos.
Not one of us would've looked harder at his legitimacy than Hilary Clinton and the entire Clinton smear machine during the Democratic primaries. That magic bullet would've given Hilary the presidency - and yet nada, bupkis.
There are many valid reasons to oppose Obama and the liberals, but his birthplace isn't one of them.

Never been sued thank God. But I’ve had some kin get involved. And I know that the bills rack up pretty fast.
So I dont quite get how :

Honestly, I think most of the ‘birthers’ know the out-of-Africa stuff is a crock of s*** and just like the idea of Obama having to swat those nuisance lawsuit flies. Just for payback for the cr*p they have put conservatives through - Delay, Bush, newt, Palin - all attacked over bogus leftist twaddle.
So Obama is forced to defend against junk like Berg’s lawsuit. Which he apparently can and will do, only now the taxpayer is footing the bill. He will only release info that helps him.

All rules were thrown out the window for Hilary’s Democratic Nomination run. That was her time, what she had been building her entire life towards. Her hubby even alienated the African-American constituency, he got so pissed at what was happening. It was supposed to be her coronation and then this unknown, inexperienced usurper came along. If she had ANYTHING, I think she would have screamed it from the rooftops to get him out of her way. Why play it safe? Most people think she will be too old to run in 2016.

How about his college and passport records?
Even if he was born in Hawaii, (an assertion for which hard copy proof is not in evidence) it is clear that he was treated in Indonesia as a citizen of that country as a child.
Legally, the United States would not take that into account.
Unless, he laid claim to that foreign citizenship as an adult.
This is not as simple to dispense with as you blithely try to make it out to be.
I think that was Al Gore who was the C student.
