HONOLULU -- State officials again are confirming that President Barack Obama was born in Hawaii.
Health Director Dr. Chiyome Fukino said Monday she has seen the original birth records that verify Obama was born in Hawaii, and is a "natural-born American citizen."
Fukino made the announcement in hopes of ending any lingering rumors about Obama's citizenship. She issued a similar press release Oct. 31.

Fukino is wrong. Barack Obama, Sr. was not a United States citizen, therefore BO cannot be a natural born citizen. Or is someone else shown on the original BC as Obama’s father?
We shall see won’t we!!! If a judge rules it I do not have a problem. I will not take the word of somebody not under oath on this matter. I also believe there are other issues that will come out. Including whether or not he gave up his citizenship when attending school in Indonesia. They did not allow dual citizenship, and you had to be a citizen to attend public school. Both were true when Obama went to school in Indonesia.

“I know there are, apparently, at least 400,000 people who continue to doubt the existence of and the certification by the state of Hawaii, of the president’s birth there,” he continued. “But it’s on the Internet because we put it on the Internet for each of those 400,000 to download. I certainly hope by the fourth year of our administration that we’ll have dealt with this burgeoning birth controversy.”

Notice that they differentiate between a "natural born citizen" And a "citizen at the time of the Adoption of this Constitution,

My sense is that Obama doesn’t want some information on the birth certificate released because it will shame him.
This does just about put the birthplace to rest. It would take massive cohones for a public official to lie on behalf of another to do this.
Of course it’s been done before. I live in NJ across the river from NYC. And it’s a cesspool. We are fighting it. But we need the FBI to help.

All BC's are sealed and only available to family in every state. Gov Lingle never ordered it sealed as it's not necessary. WND is wrong and the ONLY place that reported it.
Not if born out of wedlock. ONe year residency requirement. Most people around here are not bothering to check that..(and some lawyers filing lawsuits don’t bother to check it) just like they don’t check that Obama was not a UK citzen if born out of wedlock on US soil - UNLESS Ann went to Kenya and had a customary marriage .

I just think the original birth cert has something on it that would complicate things for the man of many names who is now President.
And whatever it is, will prove that the obvious forgery (even *I* know how to do layers, fer pete's sake!) posted on Obama's website WAS a forgery, and Obama signed off on it. He can't ever even admit he was WRONG - how can he possibly admit he LIED?

He may be a citizen but not a natural born citizen as the Founding Fathers understood it because citizenship came through the father when the Constitution was written. Obama’s father was Kenyan.

Both Fukino and Onaka are in deep sh**. It has been documented elsewhere that, when Welfare was instituted in the mid 60’s, Hawaii started handing out Hawaiian birth certificates to undocumented Asians living in Hawaii, to make them citizens and to make Hawaii eligible to receive a ton of money from the Feds.
You’ve seen how ridiculously easy it is for someone to get a Hawaiian BC. Even Sun Yat Sen got one.

Now, after 13 months of NO CONFIRMATION WHATSOEVER from the State of Hawaii as to Obama’s birth status, DOH Director claims that Obama was “born in Hawaii” and is a “natural-born citizen.”
The ONLY WAY that Obama can be a “natural-born citizen,” is for Obama to have been “born in Hawaii” and for Obama to have a US citizen father - and not Obama Sr.!!!
So, which is it? Is Chiyome Fukino lying through her teeth?
Or has Fukino known all along that the Obama narrartive is totally bogus, that Obama’s father is either Malcolm X or Frank Marshall Davis, and has been covering for Obama ever since Day One?
