HONOLULU -- State officials again are confirming that President Barack Obama was born in Hawaii.
Health Director Dr. Chiyome Fukino said Monday she has seen the original birth records that verify Obama was born in Hawaii, and is a "natural-born American citizen."
Fukino made the announcement in hopes of ending any lingering rumors about Obama's citizenship. She issued a similar press release Oct. 31.

He's had multiple allegiances and therefore is ineligible to be CIC. He can be senator, etc, just not The President of United States. He doesn't qualify based on his dual citizenship which he has admitted.
In addition, he probably used forged documents during the Presidential Election and that needs be brought to trial. Also, his Selective Service form is a forgery. If a man didn't complete the Selective Service form, he is ineligible to become POTUS. In addition, the Selective Service form which Obama has provided is a forgery.
There are multiple reasons why he doesn't meet the requirements to be POTUS. You can be a Senator or Governor and be a dual citizen, just not the CIC. Not sure how forging documents would effect his Senator status though.

If someone is taking all sorts o grief over not taking an action, one can only assume that taking the action would lead to even MORE grief.
My guess is they could have finally installed an ouber-forgery. Caught a comment well over three months ago on FR that had an anonymous FBI agent as source that a proper Heidelberg press had been secured from a museum in Toronto and paper had to be fake-aged via complicated process (continuously mechanically waving over certain chemical) that would take, as I recall, two months. I was thinking we’d get the word well over a month ago.

Yes they did, and the Good Doctor says they are "on file", whereas the previous statement said, "on record". On file indicates a physical document.

I’m all for making sure Obama really is legally our president, but shouldn’t we, as a nation, be focusing on far more pressing matters such as healthcare, cutting the size of the government, etc
Some of think supporting and defending the Constitution is pretty darn pressing.
Health care is not a matter for the government, at least not the federal government, you'll not find a word about it in the Constitution, so by default it's a matter for the states or the people. Get the government out of health care, and a number of other things, like transfer of wealth, and it would shrink considerably. BHO is for doing the opposite, putting the federal government in the middle of everything.
