A vote for this bill is political suicide for members who are not from the bluest of blue districts and they know it. This thing isn't going to pass, people are not going to fall on their swords for Fauxbama.

This thing definitely is not going to have any chance of passing if they recess before vote, because congressmen are going to be absolutely crucified by their constituents about this crap when they come home. Fauxbama got elected because republican's stayed home and moderates were mad at Bush.... He didn't win because everyone loved him, and he's trying to govern as if they did... and he's too inept and too arrogant to be effective. Here’s my moonbat rep from a radio interview (7/18 interview of Rep. Pingree on Healthcare by John McDonald on WGAN, Portland, ME.

John asks why the hurry on passing ObamaCare? Why not postpone the vote? Rep. Pingree says because Congress’s recess after August 1 gives those opposing ObamaCare five-weeks to speak with Members of Congress in their home districts.

Pingree also says citizens don’t need to read the bill. The only people who need to read the bill are politicians and people in the health industry.

Just talked to Congresswoman Mary Bono Mack's (Repub - Ca) office. Mary cast a house vote FOR Cap & Trade so I wanted to find out how she is going to vote on this. Her office says Mary is against the Universal Health Care bill. Good to know she is onboard with the rest of the Repub Party this time.
