I think they need to raid the entire Senate and Congress as well.
Sure would help to clean up the scum.

I wonder if Obama will weigh in on these arrests, championing the cause of the arrested and disparaging AG Christie. It would fit the pattern.

We find out right away about the Syrian Jews, but it sure does take a long time to identify party affiliations of ANY of the government folks who were arrested; and then only three were so identified.

“The arrests due to a two-year investigation launched by the front-running Republican candidate for governor, Chris Christie.”
This is a pleasant surprise, as I thought that Christie was the get along/go along type, and I had been lukewarm about his candidacy. In fact, I had paid very little attention to the NJ governor race because of my lack of enthusiasm for Christie.

There are two separate groups of defendants in these indictments: the Syrian Jewish group and the New Jersey politicos. (From what I can gather, all but one of the political figures are Democrats.) The two groups and their alleged crimes have only one interconnection: a common informant.
One pertinent question is: Why did the US Attorney's office decide to arrest both groups on the very same day and publicize both sets of arrests at the same time?
