My wife who is a well known Neurologist is bouncing off the walls in anger right now. She is furious about the fee schedule remarks. She knows no MD who supports the TOTUS. Today almost everyone of her patients (she saw 25) commented on this and were opposed. She states that there are no MDs that see patients that would support this. Those that do are career bureaucrats that don't see patients and are clueless as to what is involved in the practice of medicine.

My example: Say someone has a cancer with only a 30% cure rate and they are 66 years old. That means there is a 70% chance they'll die anyway. See, now THAT'S not cost effective and a total waste of money. They die sooner, rather than later.
