He is personally responsible for the death by drowning of at least 1/2 million Vietnamese people.
I'll forget about him in a sec.

Now Walter can interview Jackie Kennedy on the other side and say “well, except for that Mrs. Kennedy, how WAS the parade?”
Cronkite’s death means nothing to me. He was a demented and delusional leftist POS, but I hope that he found Christ before he checked out.

I’m guessing he’s in for a big surprise.

And thats the way it is....And that's the way he was.
Let me know when CBS will air the special, so I know not to watch CBS at that time (not that it's likely I'd be watching CBS anyway).

The less, the better. I wish more people would take that advice. If you have nothing positive to say about a dead person, don't. Just wish their family well.

Wow. I mostly disagreed with his politics, but he was an institution, and defined the term "TV news anchor" for many in my generation. I am sad to hear of his passing, and wish to express my condolences to his friends and family.
We will miss, you Walter.

"He should be remembered as one of the great traitors of American history, right there along with Benedict Arnold."He was worse than Arnold because he was lying to so many more people. Good riddance to him. He can split anchor duties with Baghdad Bob in hell.

That’s why he hung on so long...atheist do that since they think that’s all there is...yes, what a surprise.
