Obama was supposed to appear 22 minutes ago for a statement on Health Care. A comparison was given to George W. who was always prompt.
Looks like the CBO report has stymied Obowma and he's now scrambling to come up with something to say.

Practice makes perfect), The One is crafting an executive order that authorizes the health care Czar to immediately implement a national health system. Congress can catch up later.

Being late is inconsiderate and, as I read the other day, an outward manifestation of the need to control other people ...the shoe fits.
Of course we know that Zero doesn’t work on a 24 hour news schedule since he plans ahead so well and doesn’t pay attention to every little insignificant up or down tick of the market or the polls.
