Obama was supposed to appear 22 minutes ago for a statement on Health Care. A comparison was given to George W. who was always prompt.
Looks like the CBO report has stymied Obowma and he's now scrambling to come up with something to say.

Oboma works on "South Pacific" time.
My Philippino wife does the same thing.
Anywhere from a couple of minutes to an hour late is "on time".
Fairly simple when you remember that he was raised for the formative years of his life in Indonesia.
