Biden then resigns the Presidency in a few months, citing health, family, etc., you name it (I wish “DUMB” was a cause, but no). Hillary is President.

Which is why 0bama will NOT be declared ineligible. The rulers in Washington are afraid of another round of race riots as we had in the 60s. But if 0bama is removed from office rioting will be wide spread, probably every major city. This scares the ruling class $hitless.

I don't think it would work that way. Where is the rule which says the second place finisher gets the prize in an election if the first place finisher is disqualified? More likely Nancy Pelosi would be President (ugh). Whether or not there would be a re-election or the four year cycle is cast in stone would be the next item of contention.

There's no doubt in my mind Pelosi would smell the presidency blowing toward her on the winds. But would Congress as a whole be willing to further the political turmoil? It would take impeachment. And that' would mean open court in Congress. To me, that would be politically disastrous for them.
