Breaking: Major has orders revoked, by questioning Obama's legitimacy

This story has been slipping under the Main Stream Media Radar for some time now.

U.S. Army Major Stefan Frederick Cook Filed a restraining order asking for legitimate confirmation that his Commander in Chief was legitimately in Office, giving him his orders to Deploy to Afghanistan with his unit.

Today in a stunning development, the Military rescinded those orders.

This has set a precedent heretofore unknown. The entire US Military can now not only question it's orders, a requirement of their duty when they believe that an order is given illegitimately, but can expect that their orders will also be rescinded should they question the legitimacy of the CIC who is the ultimate Authority in Command. In other words, Obama.

Some Republican called yesterday asking for funds. I told them that until such time as they have the guts to demand answers on the eligibility issue, that they don’t need to ask me for money. The guy assured me that he thought it was all established, and I told him that it was not, that I wanted to see the documents.

All letters we get, wifie and I, are returned in the pre-paid envelope, that until they develop cajones to demand proof of PINO's illegibility and produces all his records, NO money to you out of our pocket. period!

Hit them in the pocket book hurts!!

I wish everybody would do the same!!!

They are hitting the ‘reserve soldier’ status thing pretty hard. If Taitz is successful in pushing for a class TRO (which I don’t think she will), then there will be a dripping of cases where members ‘want out’ based on the legitimacy of BHO’s NCA.

If she gets hold of a ‘regular’ who challenges deployment orders, then this reserve angle will melt away.

Weird to see this thing between BHO and Hillary going on at the same time.

Fox didn’t analyze what this meant, they just reported the facts, which is sort of impressive.

This incident is a single point. Another case provides another, and now you can draw a line. If more cases end up like this one, it will be something. End of July to mid-Aug should be interesting, depending on how quickly Taitz can file TRO’s.

It's a horrible situation no matter how you look at it, assuming the man is foreign born. Leave him in office and he is illegitimate. Remove him and start a huge conflagration. Thinking about the potential, my heart goes out to all Americans.

A thorough Constitutional "Spring" cleaning should be something we all must accept, how hurtful it may be!

Honestly, I think that was just pure genius.

Sometimes things really are coincidental. That being said, I do believe that ALL of DC’s “elite” know about Barry’s little problem. Including Sarah. I honestly believe they are just 1) trying to delay the inevitable, because they know once it breaks they won’t get a DAMN thing done in congress as the backlash to this will be HUGE (Demcorats). and 2) if the Military steps up to try and take itself out of the middle of the NASTY hairball they are in by Arresting the President if he can’t produce PROOF of Natural Born Status with out looking like a Coup, and the same goes with the Republicans.

So this is literally a DEMOCRAT issue to fix, and if the ignore it, then things are going to do ‘south’ real fast. Scary fast and at a level that many people do not recognize as possible.

The military would HAVE to react to this situation if the congress was unable to do the lawful and right thing due to rank partisanship and political hatreds. This is the price this nation may have to unfortunately pay for such wrong headed foolishness as idol worship and "president by Cult of Personality" instead of by law.

The question is whether it falls to the House at all, or whether the position is simply vacant. If the election returns to the House, they have no choice, they must elect John McCain as President since he would be the only remaining qualified candidate (Article II, Section 1 specifies that if no candidate has a majority, the House will select from the five candidates receiving the most electoral votes; in this scenario, John McCain would be the only candidate remaining with any electoral votes).

How would you handle this???

No, he crisis started the date the ballots were printed and three different political parties put three Presidential candidates on the ballots where all three did NOT meet the requirement of being a NBC!!!

Finding an active duty servicemember who wants out would be the best plaintiff. If that person is given a discharge underr honorable conditions, that would force the issue. Such a servicemember could not possibly lose.

The U.S. Constitution does not permit this. If the US Supreme Court decides he is not a NBC, it can issue a writ of quo warranto and order him removed. If he does not leave, a conrtempt order would be issued and Federal Marshallsa would arrest him.

In many of the pre-election threads, this brought up, later the reminder that while Biden did run on the ticket with 0bama, he is in fact voted on a separate ballot by the Electoral College -- I would tend to think that if this indeed does play out, it may well be determined that in order to allow a smoother transition, if you will, that Biden be seated as president. Trying to explain why he shouldn't would be even more difficult than trying to explain why 0bama should never have been allowed on a ballot in the first place, if indeed illegitimacy is determined. *For the good/sake of the country* and all that
