This story has been slipping under the Main Stream Media Radar for some time now.
U.S. Army Major Stefan Frederick Cook Filed a restraining order asking for legitimate confirmation that his Commander in Chief was legitimately in Office, giving him his orders to Deploy to Afghanistan with his unit.
Today in a stunning development, the Military rescinded those orders.
This has set a precedent heretofore unknown. The entire US Military can now not only question it's orders, a requirement of their duty when they believe that an order is given illegitimately, but can expect that their orders will also be rescinded should they question the legitimacy of the CIC who is the ultimate Authority in Command. In other words, Obama.

The situation is slightly murky, but there's one point I'm certain on -- under no circumstance would Palin become Vice-President under these conditions.
Despite the fact that we vote for President and Vice-President as a ticket (technically, we actually vote for electors in the Electoral College), the Electoral College votes on the two positions separately. No matter what Obama's situation is, Joe Biden is technically qualified to be Vice-President, and was duly elected to that post.
The real question becomes, if Obama is found to not only be ineligible, but that he never was eligible, what is the remedy. While a case could be made that Congress would then have to select a President from any of the top 5 remaining electoral vote getters (a list of 1: John McCain), the more practical solution would be that the office is simply vacant, and that Biden would then become President, leaving the Vice-Presidency vacant until a substitute can be appointed and confirmed.
Since there's no clear law on the subject, I'd guess the latter would be the actual result, using the guise of following the general intent of the voters.
We can assume that Holdren now still wants Obama to illegitimately hand control of his private army of "mercenary chattel slaves" to the UN. Right? Seriously, isn't the ultimate goal here to bring the U.S. military in service of this new grand order everyone is calling for that's very favorable to integration with Islam and Marxist dictators because of the influence of Obama?
Connect the dots and we see how the War on Terror vs terrorist-friendly regimes is in the process of being flipped upside down. It starts with forcing the U.S. military to serve "The (foreign) One" (w/ 39 Social Security #'s and a heart for Islamism). The military will then ultimately be used to defend the UN charter and goals, as well as the New Islamic-friendly world order. It would appear the new enemy is primarily going to to be conservative and Christian "potential terrorists" who bitterly cling to the U.S. Constitution. It might not happen overnight or at all, but it's certainly the direction suggested by the Usurper-in-Chief's illegitimate administration.
Obama also wants to turn the Supreme Court into just a lower court of a world judiciary enforcing international norms. We're now in the process of confirming someone who appears to be an "empathy organizer." He's probably not constitutionally qualified to appoint her but he hopes that the court will feel empathy and rubber stamp his "natural born" fraud. Then he can eventually pack and control the Supreme Court just as he conned his way into the Presidency and is trying to subvert the U.S. military away from their allegiance to the Constitution to an unconstitutional allegiance to HIM.
Wake up everyone. This current crisis of legitimacy is about to become a major Constitutional Crisis. Obama may have anticipated it when he ignored the Honduran Constitution and smeared brave military allies of the U.S. by citing international norms nonsense.
I suspect if he had done this under Bush the administration would have lost no time at all providing proof GWB’s eligibility to hold the office.
This whole kerfuffle is silly. It could be settled in five minutes if just one person would come clean. Failure to do so only compounds the problem. The most durable rule of politics is that the cover up is always worse than the infraction.

For now, but how many others are there who have no desire to deploy someplace, not just a war zone, who know now it might pay off to question the legality of the orders.
They headed the problem off this time, but you will never convince me that this is a situation that can end in any way other than disaster for America.

What I see this as doing is to give someone in the military hierarchy the standing to demand to confirm or deny Obama’s elibility forthwith as this whole situation can be considered dangerous to the security of the USA. How can the military make any viable plans if the eligibility of the president is in doubt? And, if the military has issues with it, our security is in jeopardy.
This is a need to know situation, and the military as well as the rest of us need to know, once and for all, if Obama is officially eligible to hold the highest office in the land.
Some Republican called yesterday asking for funds. I told them that until such time as they have the guts to demand answers on the eligibility issue, that they don’t need to ask me for money. The guy assured me that he thought it was all established, and I told him that it was not, that I wanted to see the documents.
We all need to know, once and for all, exactly where Obama was born, who his father really was and we need the vault documents to prove it.

Although the mainstream media is refusing to publish this, I bet Maj. Cook’s case is sweeping through the military like **wildfire**!
I'm getting pretty tired of hearing that response. It seems to be thrown out there by anyone who doesn't know what else to say.
Obama has never provided an original, official document to prove that he is old enough to be POTUS or that he is eligible as a natural born citizen.
This should have been handled a year ago and the failure to do so is going to come back to haunt us.
To me, if an order is questioned based on stated reason and that order is rescinded then the reason that gave rise to the question is validated.
This is getting to be one of those situations where you try to put the genie back in the bottle!

I am certain that improper command influence has been exerted at the highest levels. Whatever is done, it will be done with the objective of protecting this rotten usurper from being exposed for the counterfeit POTUS that he is.
The Major brought up if this were the case then he would have no protection under the Geneva Convention. That would play havoc with all our troops everywhere. Not good. Not good at all.
Its clear that someone ordered his deployment revoked in order to prevent this from going to trial and therefore prevent a slew of subpoenas including putting any official involved from Hawaii under oath.
But the ball is indeed rolling.
Of course it does. He and his handlers have been lining up the players long before January. It's been in the works for a long while. This is why they're playing fast and furious.

Some news stories are using one or the other, some use both. Local radio station talk has indicated there is a difference. Can anyone explain?

I'm genuinely alarmed. I think that Obama certainly has something big to hide - why otherwise go to all the expensive trouble to suppress the long form, not to mention all his school records and papers? However, I wish the color of his skin were different. I really fear for what this issue, should it come to full light, might do to race relations in this country.
It's a horrible situation no matter how you look at it, assuming the man is foreign born. Leave him in office and he is illegitimate. Remove him and start a huge conflagration. Thinking about the potential, my heart goes out to all Americans.
The day after the election, as sick as I felt knowing what I knew about his policies (and I don't care if a candidate is purple with orange polka dots - if he's a Reagan conservative he's fine by me, if he's an Alinsky marxist he's downright scary), I couldn't help but feel a little happy for the grinning black woman I saw wearing an Obama tshirt and buying every newspaper in the kiosk, and pride that our country had demonstrated that a black man could be elected president.
Not to say that my heart didn't break at the same time, knowing what we were headed for (and even I couldn't imagine he'd force this much this fast), and knowing that so many people of all colors and creeds voted for his color rather than his character, the exact opposite of MLK's dream.
Bottom line is, considering how many people - again, of all colors and creeds - voted for the man and why, they're going to react in kind if he is removed. They're going to view it as racist America rearing its ugly head, and I'm afraid that no amount of definitive proof will dissuade them.
Civil war indeed.
