They are hitting the ‘reserve soldier’ status thing pretty hard. If Taitz is successful in pushing for a class TRO (which I don’t think she will), then there will be a dripping of cases where members ‘want out’ based on the legitimacy of BHO’s NCA.
If she gets hold of a ‘regular’ who challenges deployment orders, then this reserve angle will melt away.

This incident is a single point. Another case provides another, and now you can draw a line. If more cases end up like this one, it will be something. End of July to mid-Aug should be interesting, depending on how quickly Taitz can file TRO’s.
Finding an active duty servicemember who wants out would be the best plaintiff. If that person is given a discharge underr honorable conditions, that would force the issue. Such a servicemember could not possibly lose.
