All that money and the man didn’t have anyone to pull him aside and say “STOP IT you look like a damn fool.”
He was surrounded by cash-hungry hangers-on who had no connection with him as a man, to watch his back, to slap him out of the idiocy.

Had not opinion on him, do not miss him. That's life. Live and die. They way he died was terrible. We are all terminal.
I'm sorry Geo. Washington is dead, if that matters, we could use another of him, or Reagan.
To: libh8er
There's probably a pair of little boy's pants flying at half staff at his house. Good riddance.

What happened to his chimp partner? Did PETA or SPCA rescue the poor thing?
To: Borges
I guess they wouldn’t like my Egyptian/Scottish Death Metal band either.

That is why some of the vitriol here is so ugly (to me). Isn’t there something about ‘walking a mile’ in another’s shoes? Can any of us imagine the life he led? Always somebody wanting something. Not a healthy way to live...mentally or physically. If he was abusing drugs, like Elvis, who can’t understand what ‘drove’ him over the edge?

Out of all the different musical styles, Egyptian/Scottish Death Metal is the one that’s always left me cold! /sarc

I guess now his kids can go back to their mother and not wear surgical masks in public. As soon as the A-H1N1 swine flu panic is over...

Heart attack which isnt really so surprising. He wasnt a spring chicken and the rate of heart problems among black men is pretty high. Add the cocktail of drugs hes been using for years and its almost a foregone conclusion that he would die fairly young. Yeah. I wonder of hormones may have well been part of that cornucopia of pharmaceuticals. 50 is young in one sense, but it's a high risk age group for males with the right risk factors.
Life is tough, then you die. I still have to work tomorrow.

As am I...why make it a point to go to your computer and post ugly comments about the dead? Why do some enjoy doing that? You are right...speaks more to the commentors than anything else...

++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++
LOL, you think “Rap” is “music”?
Is your favorite Rap the kind that idolizes, glamorizes and spreads the message of abusing and raping women, killing police officers, dealing drugs and other nefarious crime?
Whatever blows your dress up. Yawn.

There are so many lessons that can be drawn from his life and death. As for the vitriol it’s expected. The whole love your enemy thing, and judge not lest ye be judged is lost on some people.
