I’m not so sure now that he didn’t get any donations from, what did he call it, The Islamic Republic?
I read somewhere that those Mullahs in Iran donated millions to 0's campaign (illegally). That would give him a good reason to side with the regime instead of the people who want freedom.

Bush was worse than mediocre. He brought us Mr. Telepromter. I worked hard for the mccain-PALIN ticket but Bush and McCain both did everything possible to lose.
We’ve been in the former Yugoslavia non-stop thanks to Bush and working pretty much for the Mohammedan side there. Bush KEPT us there and sent troops over huge geographic expanses trying to establish Republics. Instead of upholding true republics we’re destroying Bibles and proping up Sectarian Mohammedan regimes.
I don’t think Bush is as popular with troops as you imagine. Of course they prefer him to Kerry or Gore.
What will our glorious leader do with the news from Iran? 
I see our glorious leader raising his taste alert level to "Cookies n' Cream"
