We have no proof of where Obama was born. Anyone who claims that he was born in Hawaii is suffering from COLB Derangement Syndrome. Hawaii never confirmed that he was born in Hawaii, never confirmed that he has a Hawaiian long-form birth certificate or any other US birth certificate on file, or even if they have anything tangible beyond a computer record.

Most of all, Hawaii confirmed that they never released a copy of Obama’s COLB to anyone in June 2007.

Einstein could have called himself, "Humpty Dumpty," and hid his face, but that would not change the fact that he discovered E=mc². Likewise, Obama’s 2007 COLB would be just as nonexistent as if I had never discovered that it was nonexistent. But, it is a good thing that I did.

It's positively amazing the amount of effort that people have expended in defense of this piece of crap COLB image that the Poseur-in-Chief now admits to posting online. There is only one reason why, after more than a year, that only one scan image of one side only has ever been made from what is alleged to be Obama’s 2007 COLB: it doesn't exist. Obama’s 2007 COLB is a forged fake, fabricated in Photoshop, and nothing that anyone says or does can change that fact.

There is absolutely no reason, whatsoever, that the Obama Campaign would not make another, more detailed scan, including one of the reverse side of the COLB, and send that out to quiet critics. No reason, EXCEPT that the document does not exist in the real world. It only exists in the unreal, virtual world of Photoshopped fakes.

BTW, a digital photo is not the same thing as a scan image, and it most certainly cannot be used to validate a scan image. Certainly not when the document object is photographed at a steep angles from the capture device (which were intentional).

Remember that Factcheck.org did not take a digital photo of the reverse side (all that Factcheck photographed was only 1/4 of the entire back page, and only 2/3 of the Seal). Why was so little of the back page shown? Because what was photographed belonged to a different COLB!! Check it out for yourself: the Seal on the reverse side does not match the one on the front side. It is one of several, new discoveries I've made after revisitng the Factcheck photographs.

A year later after the bogus scan image was posted, THAT is exactly what people are still talking about. They are referring back to the original forged image on Fight the Smears and Factcheck. They are quoting Factcheck -- the co-conspirator in this birth certficate scam -- as having "verified" the bogus "scan image."

Recall that Factcheck claimed they photographed the same object that the Obama Campaign scanned two months earlier.

They took these photos SOLELY IN DEFENSE of the scan image that they alleged to have "validated," and to fend off the widespread criticism of the COLB as a forged image. However, they failed to "debunk" the critics. This was all part of an elaborate ruse to create the illusion that Obama had released his genuine, certified original birth certificate to the public.

What is hard to believe are the people in high places who actually believe that this document exists, but of those, here is a segment who also discount it as being proof of where Obama was actually born. COLBs are incredibly easy to get with little documentation required. And, yes, it is a well-documented fact that Hawaii was giving COLBs to foreign-born children.

But the bottom line is that the original "scan image" is what people are still talking about today, and it is an indisputable fact that Obama, or anyone else, does not have a genuine 2007 COLB document. What is posted online is as bogus as a four-dollar bill.

Obama ascended to the position of President by fraudulent means, including document fraud, Internet fraud, voter fraud, and campaign funding fraud, to name a few. The only question at hand now is whether he will be removed by invalidating his election, or by the articles of impeachment. If I were a Democratic Congressman, and I was going to be implicated in this fraud, I'd be calling for impeachment in a New York minute.

"Note the comment at the bottom of the document pictured in post number 2. It says something to the effect that this document is proof of the fact of birth in any court proceedings. Can anyone comment on the meaning of that statement?

The fact that he is here and alive is "proof of the fact of birth"...but the statement does not prove he was born in America...which is the question at hand.

The truth will come out sooner or later - when it does, there are a lot of people who are going to be implicated in this cover-up. Maybe he figures he'll have his ACORN goons in place by then to shoot anyone who objects, who knows.

Maybe a few million of us in front of the White House chanting "show us the cert" over and over my focus some attention on this boondoggle.

Or, are we going to keep waiting around for "someone else to do it" until it's too late and we're living in the United Socialist States of America with a third-world dictator at the helm?

You can get official reproductions that would be printed in today’s style. That being said... I don’t know what to believe. I don’t want to look like a “9/11 Truther” but that’s not saying I disbelieve this story either.

Where’s that story that said the Hawaii department of health said they had Obama’s BC in hand and legally could not release it due to privacy issues?? I know that story was posted during the election.
And I thought the governor of Hawaii also became involved in “sealing” his BC from the public.

There is NO dispute that the COLB was produced recently, even by those who say it is real.
A COLB is, simply put, a computer generated form, documenting data held in the computer system, on a particular person.

This COLB is NOT the same as an original, long-form Birth Certificate.

This COLB does not list the doctor or hospital, for instance.

Any of ye birthers who are better informed on the subject than I: can you tell me if any other BC from Hawaii in the 1960’s uses the word “African?” It would seem more likely that in those days the word was “Negro.” Must be some out there to show the typical usage.

The purpose of the document must be understood.

A United States citizen, who has a child in a foreign country, can still bring that child back to the United States and have the full rights and obligations of a parent of that child.

However, the child is NOT an “automatic” citizen of the United States, if the child was born on foreign soil.

The laws of citizenship have changed several times over the years. The laws in place when Obama was born would require that his mother was 19 years old. She was 18 years old when Obama was born.

The purpose of the COLB is limited. It is NOT proof of location of the birth.

Here is the statement. Polarik is simply making the point that this official does not say if the “original bc” is a foreign one ( why not show this “original”? Foreign born children could get COLBs by request in Hawaii), if it is paper of a computer file, and she never confirms that Obama ws born in Hawaii.

State law (Hawai’i Revised Statutes §338-18) prohibits the release of a certified birth certificate to persons who do not have a tangible interest in the vital record,” reads an Oct. 31 statement from Hawaii’s Dr. Chiyome Fukino, who heads the Hawaii office that oversees health records — including birth certificates.

The document Obama and Fact Check posted, the CLAIM, is a COLB, which is not an original, and is a computer print out of basic data.

We need the original, LONG FORM Birth Certificate, and we might never get to see it.

My daughter was born in 1961 & has original birth certificate in black & white with all info from Miami beach, FL hospital.
This certificate is not real but a certificate that you can have for birth or marriage but proves nothing.
I dad to show my passport eleven times before getting on a plane for London. My granddaughter one year old had to have a pass port before traveling to London.
The government will not accept a copy like Obama’s green certificate but you need the orginial that is completely filled out when applying for a US passport.
Did he ever travel abroad before becoming a candidate?
If a person has nothing to hide then why be afraid to show it?

I've always wondered about that. It seems that whoever made up the BC wasn't aware that Negro was a term that was not considered derogatory, it simply meant race. Putting African is kind of like putting British or Canadian, not a race identifier. My guess is that one of his 30 something folks had at it, kind of like the fake GW Bush military document...all wrong formatting but you had to be alive and working in the military environment to know it.
