We have no proof of where Obama was born. Anyone who claims that he was born in Hawaii is suffering from COLB Derangement Syndrome. Hawaii never confirmed that he was born in Hawaii, never confirmed that he has a Hawaiian long-form birth certificate or any other US birth certificate on file, or even if they have anything tangible beyond a computer record.

Most of all, Hawaii confirmed that they never released a copy of Obama’s COLB to anyone in June 2007.

Einstein could have called himself, "Humpty Dumpty," and hid his face, but that would not change the fact that he discovered E=mc². Likewise, Obama’s 2007 COLB would be just as nonexistent as if I had never discovered that it was nonexistent. But, it is a good thing that I did.

It's positively amazing the amount of effort that people have expended in defense of this piece of crap COLB image that the Poseur-in-Chief now admits to posting online. There is only one reason why, after more than a year, that only one scan image of one side only has ever been made from what is alleged to be Obama’s 2007 COLB: it doesn't exist. Obama’s 2007 COLB is a forged fake, fabricated in Photoshop, and nothing that anyone says or does can change that fact.

There is absolutely no reason, whatsoever, that the Obama Campaign would not make another, more detailed scan, including one of the reverse side of the COLB, and send that out to quiet critics. No reason, EXCEPT that the document does not exist in the real world. It only exists in the unreal, virtual world of Photoshopped fakes.

BTW, a digital photo is not the same thing as a scan image, and it most certainly cannot be used to validate a scan image. Certainly not when the document object is photographed at a steep angles from the capture device (which were intentional).

Remember that Factcheck.org did not take a digital photo of the reverse side (all that Factcheck photographed was only 1/4 of the entire back page, and only 2/3 of the Seal). Why was so little of the back page shown? Because what was photographed belonged to a different COLB!! Check it out for yourself: the Seal on the reverse side does not match the one on the front side. It is one of several, new discoveries I've made after revisitng the Factcheck photographs.

A year later after the bogus scan image was posted, THAT is exactly what people are still talking about. They are referring back to the original forged image on Fight the Smears and Factcheck. They are quoting Factcheck -- the co-conspirator in this birth certficate scam -- as having "verified" the bogus "scan image."

Recall that Factcheck claimed they photographed the same object that the Obama Campaign scanned two months earlier.

They took these photos SOLELY IN DEFENSE of the scan image that they alleged to have "validated," and to fend off the widespread criticism of the COLB as a forged image. However, they failed to "debunk" the critics. This was all part of an elaborate ruse to create the illusion that Obama had released his genuine, certified original birth certificate to the public.

What is hard to believe are the people in high places who actually believe that this document exists, but of those, here is a segment who also discount it as being proof of where Obama was actually born. COLBs are incredibly easy to get with little documentation required. And, yes, it is a well-documented fact that Hawaii was giving COLBs to foreign-born children.

But the bottom line is that the original "scan image" is what people are still talking about today, and it is an indisputable fact that Obama, or anyone else, does not have a genuine 2007 COLB document. What is posted online is as bogus as a four-dollar bill.

Obama ascended to the position of President by fraudulent means, including document fraud, Internet fraud, voter fraud, and campaign funding fraud, to name a few. The only question at hand now is whether he will be removed by invalidating his election, or by the articles of impeachment. If I were a Democratic Congressman, and I was going to be implicated in this fraud, I'd be calling for impeachment in a New York minute.

Seriously?  We are confused.  I have both forms for my own identification.  The long form is the only valid one The State Department will accept to process and approve your passport.  They don't mess around either.

Stanley Ann Dunham found herself in Kenya at the very end of her pregnancy when it was so far advanced that she could not be allowed on a plane for fear of giving birth in flight; hence, she bore little Bozo in Kenya. Wanting him to be an American citizen, and probably being informed that, since she was only 18, she could not convey citizenship to him, she and her baby got on a plane back to Hawaii as soon as possible so she could make him a fraudulent natural born citizen. When she got back she may have registered his birth, possibly using the Kenyan birth certifiace, and published the birth notice in the local newspaper, stating he was born in Hawaii. Neither she or he ever probably tired to get him naturalized because the law did not allow it due to her being 18 when he was born.

You are so confused. First of all, Stanley Ann was not old enough to transfer citizenship to her child, but that only applies if he was born outside the US, and she was married to a non US citizen. That much we know, from the divorce records, she was married to BHO Sr, at the time Junior was allegedly born. However if he was born in Hawaii, as the forged Certification indicates, then he'd be a citizen, although perhaps not a natural born one, do to his father's nationality. Native born, but not natural born. But he could have been naturalized, regardless of where born or to whom. Having a US Citizen mother would make that not too difficult, but of course he would not then be eligible to the office of President. I doubt she would have cared much about him being natural born, but she might have cared about him being a citizen at all, which he would not be if born outside the US.

As far a theories go, I like Chief Engineer's much better, as it explains more facts. Her(?) theory is that he was born in a "home" in Canada, probably near or in Vancouver, because of reports of his presense in Seatle, while still "all pink" and before Stanley Ann had learned to change his nappies. Why in a "home". Well that was common in those days when a young girl found herself "with child", and especially, married or not, with a mixed race child. The theory is that she was to give up the child, divorce the father, and then attend the University of Washington, which she had wanted to do anyway, since most of her friends were in Washington, the family having moved to Hawaii not long before all this. All this as part a "deal" with her parents. It would have been easy to have a friend just drive her accross the border, no one would have checked a baby's papers in those days, and probably would not have even checked anyone's other than the driver's.

And in fact she did attend UofW, starting in mid September of 1961, about 6 weeks after giving birth and for an additional couple of terms, before returning to Hawaii to divorce BHO Sr, and finish her bachelors at UofH.

Now Stanley Ann giving birth in Northern Washington state fits all the facts too, but why hide that, or forge a COLB indicating a Hawaiian birth instead of a Washington state one?

There is nothing in the WND (no good source to begin with) that states that there were any restrictions on travel to Pakistan in the eighties, which is what I commented on, so what's your point?

Either there is proof that he travelled as an Indonesian or there isn't. Have you seen any? Conjecture is not proof.

Chief Engineer's theory, which seems reasonable to me, is that she never went to Kenya, but rather had BHO in or near Vancouver, from where her Mercer Island friend(s) could then have driven her across the border to Washington State.

The reasons for "Vancouver" (or nearby) involve the "shame" of a mixed race baby, a shotgun marriage to BHO Sr, who would have been no US mother's or father's notion of good match for their daughter, even if he had been a Redneck from Oklahoma. Add a desire by Toots to have her give up the baby in Canada, where "mixed race" was not nearly so unusual or "negative" at that time. But then Stanley Ann reneged on the deal she'd made with her mother and kept the baby.

It is worth noting that if Barry were born in a Canadian 'home', a Canadian BC would have been issued and then put on file wherever his mother sought to register him, like in HI. THIS could be such an embarrassing thing--to have known he was not born in HI and that an original Canadian BC exists in HI vaults--that he would seek to hide this embarrassment.

However, this embarrassment to the affirmative action fraud, is criminal behavior when coupled with his forgery of an HI CoLB and subsequent collecting of hundreds of millions in campaign funds under false pretenses, then swearing an oath to the Constitution which he would be violating with the very act of swearing in!.

I too once posed the Canadian birth theory on the basis that in the early 60's one was more likely to hide a youngster that had gotten impregnated by a man from another race than tout it as they are touted today.

Problem is to this date I know of no photos anywhere that show a pregnant Stanley Ann Dunham.

I also know of no reliable witnesses that ever stated they saw her pregnant.

I have not done the kind of research many here have done but I have a read a lot of it.

Looking at a bunch of others they all pretty much say the same thing See Post #70 and look at the BC'c posted there.  I also am looking at BC's of 100 years ago and they too say the same.

I have three. A copy of my original BC before being adopted, and two additional after my adoption.

They look nothing like the Barry BC(or BS if you prefer) They are incomplete and the State department cannot confirm what hospital you were born in or the addresses of your parents, if we accept Barry’s version.

I have seen this one and it "may" very well be a copy of the original, off of a microfiche, printed onto that background.  It strikes me, however, that is missing the ususal this is a certified copy and the margin on the left does not look correct.  As if it was cut off.

 

I believe what you are referring to is a military COLB and definitely not what we are asking for.

 

Here is John McCains BC which can be corraborated with many other records.  Those records also contain signatures and a ton of supporting evidence

to substantiate his birth, place of birth, etc.

I don’t know what the laws were in Pakistan at the time, but it appears that they were allowing Americans to travel to Pakistan and obtain a 30-day visa at Pakistani airports.

Regarding the political climate in Pakistan at the time: Chief of Army Staff Gen. Muhammad Zia ul-Haq assumed the presidency of Pakistan in 1977. In 1979, President Zia banned political activity, postponed national elections, declared martial law, and sharia law. Pakistan remained under martial and sharia law until 1988 when President Zia was killed in a plane crash. Chairman of the Senate Ghulam Ishaq Khan became Acting President and announced that elections scheduled for November 1988 would take place.

According to the Obama campaign, In 1981 — the year Obama transferred from Occidental College to Columbia University — Obama visited his mother and sister Maya in Indonesia. After that visit, Obama traveled to Pakistan with a friend from college whose family was from there. The Obama campaign says Obama was in Pakistan for about three weeks, staying with his friend’s family in Karachi and also visiting Hyderabad in Southern India. It would appear that Obama likely obtained a 30-day visa in Pakistan upon his arrival there. That is conjecture on my part and is unconfirmed. He stayed less than 30 days, so there would have been no need to obtain an extended visa.
