That's what the unrelated "barak" means in Hebrew. It's what the Israeli Air Force calls their version of the F-16C/D.

Um, yeah. Lightning or “Lahtnin’” was a derisive term for a lazy black person way back when. Like calling a fat guy “Tiny,” or my cat “Rocket.” That’s why I said it was a bad one, but maybe people don’t remember that old stuff anymore. It is to be hoped.
