On the night of June 24, the media and government become one, when ABC turns its programming over to President Obama and White House officials to push government run health care -- a move that has ignited an ethical firestorm!
Highlights on the agenda:
ABCNEWS anchor Charlie Gibson will deliver WORLD NEWS from the Blue Room of the White House.

The cultural/political left vs. right warfare is a stranglehold. Divided we fall. But I do not like being frightened because of the actions of a TOTUS POTUS.It is scary. America as we know it will be like europe if not worse and I do not want globalization to save the day as it seems this is where Obama is headed.

One can only hope that historical evidence, will be used as facts and not twisted, and ignored. Who knows what will be in the school history books. True Historians may wind up being underground..

I got to agree with Teddy on this one. Your Government starts with the local county/town/village board. What have you done lately to make them care about us? Attend a board meeting and tell them you want some answers from the next level of our Representative government. If they don't follow up, then get rid of them and find someone who will. That is the only way this is going to change.
Sure at the highest levels the public servants act totally insulated. They are the ones who have learned to game the system enough to have many others doing their fundraising. Get those others to start asking questions and you'll get their attention.

Really? What do you think we should do? I think there are plenty of people doing many things. What we need is a coordinated cohesive push back (attack) on the bigoted media and government. Maybe we’re finally starting to see that with the tea parties and assorted protesting going on re: the Obamacare scam. It’s difficult to break through to the zombie crowd - the apathy - the brain washing. But there are plenty of people doing. It’s not that we’re doing nothing out here.

I don’t think I’ll be watching the Town Hall. Or anything else on ABC. Or on the various Disney channels. Or on ESPN.
