Kansas Abortionist George Tiller was shot today as he was going to Church.

Me too. I am with you.
For as long as the left permits words to be legal...
we will have a corrupt society filled with fear and unexplained disappearances.
bttt
“We cannot overcome the mess we find ourselves in by justifying vigilanteeism or anarchy.”
Talk is cheap, so is education. We do not have the rule of law. What we have is rule of the Marxist. They set the agenda and they determine what the rules are.
We have the Speaker of the House, third in line for the White House, caught in a blatant lie. She’s not held to task. We have numerous congress critters caught in blatant acts of corruption but they continue holding their office.
And this evil man was killing innocents. Guess you cannot see the difference though so continue with your petty insults.
Sounds like you think we no longer have the rule of law around here.
Even though I signed up to FR just 12 months ago, I lurked for years. Never before have I seen a thread here so sympathetic towards someone so evil. The Saddam Hussein of abortionists was just killed and people are ..... upset? What kind of alternate universe are we living in?
Phelps and his clan are: DEMOCRATS!
And most are in Topeka.
It will be interesting to see the political scum who gravitate to his funeral. What are they going to say in respect to the life of Tiller the Killer?
He’s meeting God about now, doing that life review thingy where he’s seeing what he has done in his life and how it affected others and I wonder... There is sin and then there is SIN. I wonder if he repented and stopped killing before he died. I hope so. I hope that is the case for all of us.
“Never before have I seen a thread here so sympathetic towards someone so evil. “
IMO FR has been infiltrated by numerous who seek to instigate discord among conservatives.
They used this tactic at the tea parties.
There are a lot of trolls and sleeper trolls that have signed on in the last few years.
The Left knows how important this site is and have operatives here.
"First MOLOCH, horrid King besmear'd with blood
Of human sacrifice, and parents tears,
Though for the noyse of Drums and Timbrels loud
Their childrens cries unheard, that past through fire
To his grim Idol. Him the AMMONITE
Worshipt in RABBA and her watry Plain,
In ARGOB and in BASAN, to the stream
Of utmost ARNON. Nor content with such
Audacious neighbourhood, the wisest heart
Of SOLOMON he led by fraud to build
His Temple right against the Temple of God
On that opprobrious Hill, and made his Grove
The pleasant Vally of HINNOM, TOPHET thence
And black GEHENNA call'd, the Type of Hell."
John Milton, Paradise Lost
Pro-life means moral opposition to murder.
While willfully supplying what is easily portrayed as the implication.
NOBODY has said that this is the best or only way to advance the prolife cause.
So what? Giving your enemy a weapon to use against you in the court of public opinion is stupid. One of the things which has done so much for the pro-life movement is its civility. This kind of cheering for a murder can vaporize a great deal of hard work.
MANY have said that this will hurt the cause.
Yup, and I agree with them.
Some, me included, have said that we understand why this has happened.
To me, this is a somewhat dishonest statement. "Understanding" implies that you recognize a what you deem to be a logical rationale. Giving hot-blooded murder the imprimatur of "logic" or rationality is to derive association thereby. I don't regard that as productive.
That does not mean that I support violence, or advocate violence, it means that our system is not working, currently, and that some people have given up hope.
I never said that it did, but that the responses on this thread can be used as if you had.
How about some support for the 1st Amendment?
What the hell does a prohibition on government forcibly constraining speech have to do with my expressing an opinion that giving such a discussion top billing is counterproductive?
How about some courage?
I've willingly taken enough abuse on this thread to belie that imputation. If you knew what I do you'd have a bit more respect.
How about the idea that this is a complicated situation?
It's not as if I hadn't said that before.
How about the hypocrisy on the left?
Read the link.
What is wrong with demands that the LEFT apologize for William Ayers, if we are to apologize for this shooter?
Nothing. What does that have to do with the topic of this thread?
I am not responsible for this vigilante, therefore:
I REFUSE TO APOLOGIZE FOR THIS SHOOTER!
Nobody asked you to do so.
I suggest you take the same approach.
If we all did, the left would learn that the guilt by association tactic does not work, and this tactic and this story would end.
No. I prefer my approach, thank you.
No! The Murders of the Thousands and Thousands of the Most Innocent of Babies was an Ongoing Tragedy worse than Any Other Crime Against Humanity! Only the DEMORATS could hold TILLER on the Pedestal of a Hero for Murdering in the Most Brutal Methods, Innocent Babies.
Amen.
“moral opposition to murder”
Sure. So much so that killing guards at a Nazi concentration camp to save many lives would be acceptable.
I seem to remember reading a number of quotes from former abortionists who said that a fear of violence was one of the primary reasons for their career change.
You're absolutely right. So instead we'll celebrate the fact that there will be fewer babies killed now as a result of what happened.
