SEOUL, South Korea (AP) — A news report says North Korea has test-fired another short-range missile off its east coast.
South Korea’s Yonhap news agency did not provide any details about the reported launch Friday.

I want to know from where was it launched? Land or literally from a launch pad off the coast? I’ve been reading too many novels recently about the Nork’s attacking the US from cargo ship based launch pads just off our coast giving us no time to react.
