Chiahead is a megalomaniac dictator, with not much longer to live. The US buffer that has maintained peace in the peninsula is at it's weakest point, from a dc leadership standpoint, in history. China may have to try and reign in it's attack dog before those nukes end up all over the world. This does not bode well.
