WASHINGTON – A bill approved by the House of Representatives and referred to the Senate would prohibit federal employees of executive branch from being compelled to release any document unless a court makes a specified determination by a preponderance of evidence – legislation at least one group suspects is designed to protect Barack Obama's elusive birth certificate from release.
The legislation, HR 985, resides in the Senate Judiciary Committee.
Sovereignty Alliance has issued a "red alert" about the bill it calls "stealth legislation ... to protect Obama from providing his birth certificate."

Absolutely not! If he needs an act of Congress to protect his BC then there obviously is something on it that he doesn’t want released. I’d call that a preponderance of evidence right there. Show us the BC obama, until then, you are not President in my opinion, you’re a lying fraud that belongs in jail. As far as I’m concerned, he’s simply an un-convicted (yet) felon.
So are bailouts, but I don’t see that stopping Obama.
Unmitigated BS bill....
A couple weeks ago, I sent an email to Glenn Beck concerning the issues surrounding Obama’s birth certificate. Other than an auotmated response saying “Thank you, blah, blah, blah,” I have yet to see Beck run with anything on it.
And now this?
Beck ought to be on this story like he is on ACORN. Grrr.
It wasn’t an election we had last year, it was a coup d’état.

Lets see if I’ve got this straight... You don’t have to produce ID in order to vote. The people running for the office of POTUS don’t have to prove that they fulfill the Constitutional requirement of the position, and now they’re going to pass this law. But in order to get a stinking drivers license, I had to produce a certified copy of my birth certificate... OK, that certainly makes sense...
