A couple weeks ago, I sent an email to Glenn Beck concerning the issues surrounding Obama’s birth certificate. Other than an auotmated response saying “Thank you, blah, blah, blah,” I have yet to see Beck run with anything on it.
And now this?
Beck ought to be on this story like he is on ACORN. Grrr.
NOBODY is on this story that has any real national exposure.
Hannity silent.
Levin silent.
Rush silent.
Beck silent.
O’Reilly silent.
Andrew Wilkow silent.
I hope they are silent simple because they do not want to say anything until they are 100% sure Obama is not a citizen. BUT and this is a HUGE but...Levin knows the constitution. He knows what the definition of a Natural Born Citizen is. He has to know Obama Sr. makes Jr. ineligible to hold office; yet he’s said nothing.
Something or someone is preventing these guys from discussing this issue, one day I hope to find out what.
(2) There is no doubt that Barry Soetoro AKA Barack Hussein Obama, Jr. is clearly
(3) The Constitution makes this requirement, but without delineating exactly what a "Natural Born Citizen" is, depending upon English Common Law, very familiar to the framers, since most were British Lawyers.
(4)Neither did the Constitution establish any standard, or authority for its enforcement.
(5)Through this capacious loophole walked one Barry Soetoro AKA Barack Hussein Obama, the illegitimate son of a an American mother and a father who was a subject of the British crown, right into the White House.
(6) Since the SCOTUS declined the opportunity to define this issue, it is unlikely that Glenn Beck can do anything about it on the radio.
(7) OTOH, you can. Work with your state legislature to pass a STATE law requiring Presidential candidates to provide documentary evidence of eligibility before being placed (a) on the state's official ballot, and (b) before the electors of that state give any candidate the electoral votes of that state. That can be done before the election of '12.
(8)And while you're about it, agitate for repeal of the 17th Amendment and try to redress the terrible imbalance between State and federal government that has bent our democratic republic beyond the framers' recognition.
