This'll play well in her run for the governorship next year!

Is this the same system that holds a lot of Bloods and Crips as well as MS-13 thugs? Seems to me these terror suspects will love the recruiting possibilities; obviously Diane hasn’t thought this out very well.

I thought Aaaaaaahnold was selling off San Q?
Maybe the Yemenis will buy it? They have a great track record of keeping terrorists out of circulation...

It took Webb in Virginia a week to back down after his offer. Lets all contact Difi and see if we can do in two days.

Yes, she’s our Senator folks.
Nevermind, it’s just another California moment. Hopefully it will pass in time.
I’m just surprised it wasn’t Boxer. There’s eleven eggs short of a dozen if ever there was one.
Biden will have to keep busy, to keep one step ahead of her on the gaff count.

It’s not the security of the prisons, its that the ACLU will get the courts to spring them into the public.

I would not be so worried about the terrorists breaking out of the prison. I would be worried about their “friends” attacking the prison with AK47s and RPGs to break them out. I would not want to see a lot of lightly armed prison guards and local police (not to mention local civilians) killed or kidnapped in such a break out attempt.
These high profile and high value terrorists need to be kept in a REALLY well defended location. A military base seems like an ideal location. One outside the borders of the US would be even better. Ooops - I guess that would be Guantanamo.
